24 hour car wash station didn't wash our car all the way through . Left soap on the car didn't rinse off and didn't dry off our car. No one answered the phone and we had to drive too another car wash. They also didn't print out a receipt for the wash. Wasteful $11 read more

I can't believe this location has such terrible reviews... I am a $40/month member, I get the full service inside and out WASH-(detailing is over $200 if you want it done right and isn't offered at automatic carwashes) and it is great. I go about every other day for exterior, about once a week for full inside and out. My car always looks great and they really do a good job. The staff is friendly and courteous and puts up with a lot of BS from difficult patrons (I've seen it first hand). If you want to get your car detailed, pony up because it's a hell of a lot more than $35 If you want a great full service wash, I highly recommend flag stop. Further, the monthly plans are a great deal and they really will keep your car looking great. To the staff: I'm sorry people are so difficult to please in your area. You all do a great job and I really appreciate the friendly service! read more

Some time ago I wrote a less than favorable review for Flagstop Carwash in Chester, VA. Many young people work there and on my last visit they did not do a very good job. HOWEVER, Daniel, a customer service rep wrote a kind apology and included a voucher for a free car wash when they resume normal operations. Mistakes happen, and as a veteran high school teacher, I also know that sometimes kids just slack off a bit - lol. That being said, I have changed my review and hope that after the restrictions are lifted, you visit Flagstop. Although I was also told that the Chester location will no longer be doing full service car washes, but there are others nearby! Everyone needs a post-quarantine car cleanup, right? read more

All I can say is wow. This is the worst $35 I ever spent in my life. The inside of my car was just as dirty as the way I dropped it off to get it cleaned. Do not and I mean do not take your car there if you need the interior clean. I don't only blame the employees for the horrible cleaning service but I blame management as well because they were shortstaffed. I don't like to bash anyone's business but this is ridiculous. If I could do have a star or zero stars I would pick that option. read more

Best car wash in Chester hands down! You get a better service and deal for the price you pay in my opinion. For $17, you can a wash, with wax, and a team to shine your wheels. They also have a self wash station for those who want to clean your car. Majority of the times I go here, there's always a long line which goes to show how popular this place is. They do provide military discount for those in the armed services. Been going here for few months now and my car always come out shiny and very clean. Always impressed with the service, I definitely recommend people trying this wash out instead of those $12 automated ones. You're paying a few dollars more for a different level of service. read more

The improvements are looking good. My complaint is that they slow people to wash their car and then detail it in the washing booth. People lined up and waiting to wash their vehicles but have to wait along time , there were attendants there today too as they came out of the office and were setting up signs outside. I saw one guy in the booth for over an hour. This isn't a way to run a business! read more

I use the dog washing station ofter but there is no place to park, you can not adjust the water temperature and the pressure fades in and out. As for parking, I parked near the washing station and was told by the attendant on duty that I could not park anywhere on the lot that I needed to park on either Wendy's or Dunkin Donuts parking lot. This is not acceptable, you can not direct someone to park on another business space while you are being paid for services. As for temperature, it has been near 100 the last several weeks and I would of like to have been able to use cool water to wash the dog. It has to be 110+/-. The pressure fades in and out every 30 seconds. It has very good pressure for 30 seconds then it fades to a dribble for 15 seconds or more. it does this the entire time very frustrating. read more

I got The Works car wash and was very happen with the attention to detail in cleaning my car. Brian was one of the detailers and he and his co-workers did a great job. Thank you. read more

Terrible - the wash was terrible, a good rain storm would work better. 40min wait to get full service. Waste of time... oh, and the cashier ruined my credit card by putting the magnetic strip directly under the clip of the clipboard... just stupid. read more

I was very pleased with my service today. This location has really stepped it up. Bryan an Tyler were just great !!!

I know I am not supposed to review because my daughter works here but I took my tracker to the other flagstop location and it was such a terrible job that I received a refund, thank you Flagstop. I took my car to the Chester location. The manager was very sorry for my other wash and Kameron and Erica went did a fantastic cleaning my 1998 Tracker looks brand new on the inside. I will only go to the Chester location for car washes from now on. read more

I think there should be a free towel do dry your car. I spent like 5 bucks cleaning my truck but as soon as it dried because I didn't have my towel it went back to looking dirty. Other than that its ok. read more

The location on Rt. 10 does not do a good job at all on the interior. Exterior is fine, but paid to up level my service and they didn't touch the interior. I didn't notice this until I was well gone from the location, or I would have confronted them. read more

This is the worst car wash. You pay 35 dollars and not even get the appropriate service. The guy just left my car for 15 min because people that only pay for exterior have preference. The manager a shirt lady all she told me was you can go and we can finish later. Talking about bad service and quality of the job one finish was poor. Don't go to this car wash!!!! Save your money read more

I know it's cold outside but when a customer pays for inside and out detailing it needs to be down correctly. They wiped one mat down and didn't wipe the others and tried to hide what they didn't wipe by pushing the passenger seat up so I couldn't see it. Went back to the location and the lady tried to convince me that the mats were wiped but because the salt from when it snowed kept the mats dirty and it's not there responsibility to scrub them. Pic 1- unwired not even attempted Pic 2- driver mat that's been wiped which was even more stained then passenger Also no waiting area for customers *Owner reach out to me and was very courteous and provided an incentive for the trouble I went through. read more

I often come to this car wash, but today I received extra customer service by Madi. She took specific care of making sure all the excess water was removed from my car and the liquid in the tires were rubbed in. Thanks Madi and Flagstop! read more

Went to have my car's exterior, interior and tires done. No line, so I was in and out in a flash. Great job by by the Flagstop team of Caleb L, Noah W, Michael B & TiffanyW. They were very much concerned about my satisfaction and paid attention to the details. Keep up the great service!!!! read more

Brooke took very good care of my car and was very courteous. She wipe down my car , clean my rims and shine my tires all by herself.

The worst car wash I've been to so far I can't believe I paid 34.99 for a car wash that I personally could've done at home... but I can say the young lady who was cleaning the tires did a wonderful job but the two younger guys wiping and vacuuming the car was horrible!! I don't think they should advertise vacuuming and wiping of the interior because that was horrible !!! read more

I visited this location after having issues at the Bermuda Crossing location. The manager there was all kinds of awkward and borderline rude. He said I couldn't come through as a club member because the RFID was too far up into my window. I told him that's where the Bermuda Crossing location placed it. He told me he had to give me a new one in a different location on the car. That's understandable, and I told him that. But since it wouldn't look nice in other places, I told him I'd just go to the normal location because the scanner reads it fine there. This guy literally folded his arms on my open window, leaned into my car, and talked to me for a good five minutes about how that was "incorrect", and "as a manager" he couldn't advise me to go to the other location because "they'll tell you the same thing". Hey, maybe it really IS policy to not have it so far up in the damn window. But let me leave please! And back the hell up when you're speaking to people. I literally had to ask, "Am I not allowed to leave?" before he let me back up and go. Ridiculous. read more
