Great service and a great cause! I randomly decided to get my cash washed today. Typically I wash it myself but it was 95 degrees outside. They were really welcoming and did a fantastic job. I drive a Jeep which often gets covered in bugs (fellow Jeep drivers can attest). Car washes are never able to get the bugs off with just the machines. The employees noticed this and spent time getting the remaining bugs off. Also, my tires look amazing!! Thanks so much, I'll be back! read more

Other than the supervisor who went the extra mile, the staff is pretty lazy. I'm not sure the last time I ever remember having to walk around the car pointing out how they didn't take a single washcloth to the interior, did not clean the inside windshield nor wipe down the front bumper to remove bugs and certainly a pet peeve of mine not drying off the insides of the door seals along with the hatchback. Come on guys when your customers are walking around wiping up things the employees should be doing. read more

Your vehicle gets dirty, you want it clean? Take it here and know that your money is going to a worthy cause. For $20 bucks you get the BSS, Blue Suede Shoes which is outside wash/inside clean. This includes your floor mats, vacuum, armor all inside and tire gloss. They do an excellent job of hand towel dry and getting all those places the others don't. You will feel good that your $ is going to a worthy cause. And once you go, tell someone about this place and spread the word. The franchise places don't need your $ as much as this place does. read more

The service here is excellent but their mission is even more important. This faith-based business operated a halfway house for men and is actively part of making lives better. Also, they take donations in support of the house - bathroom tissue, razors, paper towels, household cleaners, laundry detergent, bleach, etc. I got the Blue Suede Shoe service as well saving serious $$ by buying a 5-pack. I'll keep driving the extra distance to bring my vehicles here. read more

When I first arrived, I noticed a police vehicle and police officer was helping one of the gentleman vacuum his patrol car. After scoping the scene, my specialty, I found that Chesterfield County law enforcement vehicles as well as school buses are granted a complimentary bath. I was very impressed with this establishment. I definitely support the cause of helping youth, adults, and families solutions to fight drug and alcohol problems. Initially I was going to purchase a Groupon. $33 for 3 Blue Suede Shoes car washe. Once I went back to Groupon all of the deals were sold out. When I 1st arrived I asked the gentleman behind the counter how often do the Groupon deals refresh. He informed me he wasn't sure, the maintenance was all on Groupon. He then went on to tell me when a sale is made through Groupon only 40% of the proceeds are given to Wash n Roll. I appreciated this information because fortunately I am blessed enough to be a "full price" blessing! When you purchase at Wash N Roll, you contribute 100% to their mission. All of the gentlemen employeed here are in the procees of rehab or have graduated the program, New Life for Youth. read more

Super friendly service, but it took a little bit of time for them to realize I was waiting. I was also a bit confused on pricing since there were no signs for any of the prices anywhere I could see. They did okay. I felt like they missed some major spots in my car's inside cleaning job. I don't think I would come back again. read more

Weather was going to be nice all week so why not get a car wash. I was going to go where I went last time but I decided to come here because it was closer. It was more expensive but from what I saw it was worth it. I would recommend and come back read more

I'm surprised that Wash-n-Roll wasn't on Yelp before now. They're an independent full-service car wash with a good mission. They're sponsored by New Life for Youth, a non-profit training center to help youth with life-controlling problems. I first found them when I used a coupon I'd purchased. They did a great job on my car, inside and out. As I was waiting, I learned more about the program and felt good spending my money here. I was happy enough with the results that I bought a 5-pack cleaning package. All the staff was friendly and courteous and the place was clean. read more

I had a great experience my first time here, and plan to use them every time I need a clean. I got both the interior and exterior cleaned. Not only are the services a great price, it is also pretty quick, they hand dry the car, and include nice little touches and are all very friendly. There is also a very nice waiting area while your car is being cleaned. read more

I always take my mom Tahoe and get the armor special great pricing and leave the car shinning the employees are really nice and do a good job when it comes to wiping down the car at the end read more

I bought the Groupon for $11 and it was definitely worth it. The services that they offer are not unlike other car wash locations, but the thoroughness and attention these guys show the vehicle set them apart from the competition. They start with a vacuum, then pre-wash, put it through the belt-transported machine, then finish by drying the car and wiping down the inside. I paid $15 more for the armor all (I think its called the Manager's Special?) and the guys did a great job with that as well. I was pretty upset that it rained the next day and ruined the great job they did on the exterior of the vehicle, but the inside remained spotless. All the employees were polite and friendly - another thing lacking from most other car washes. If in the area again, I'll definitely be back! read more

Bought the groupon, good service, fast, friendly. Car wash was good, interior cleaning was pretty good. Not like a detail service, but well worth the money. I will return. read more

My car was covered in pollen and bird poo and was in desperate need of a spring wash. I was going to just head over to my local Car Pool but I was browsing on Groupon and saw that a local car wash had a special. I had never heard of Wash and Roll but it was not far from my house and the deal they were offering could not be beat with a stick. For $30 I purchased 3 Blue Suede Shoe car washes at Wash and Roll. I normally spend $30 on one car wash at Car Pool so I thought this was a steal. I was sure to read the fine print of the Groupon to ensure I would not be bamboozled. I also googled the car wash and saw that this was a Christian Based Organization that helps employ at risk youth. I decided to go ahead and give it a try. The young men that worked on my car did a phenomenal job. I was really impressed. They were polite and efficient. They were hard working and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.I loved that the money I was spending was going to help a great cause. My only complaint was when I told the young man that I had a Groupon some of the services that was suppose to be included in my deal was not. He stated if I wanted the Armor all body shield and the interior of my car dusted and wiped down that would be an additional $15. It clearly states on the Groupon and the company website these services are included in this type of car wash. Dusting the interior of a car is normally part of a basic car wash but the car washes I purchased was for the deluxe car wash that they offered.I understand that the company is attempting to make a profit but be truthful when you are offering a discount or don't offer it all. I was let down by the dishonesty but I went ahead and redeemed my car wash. I will use my remaining vouchers and definitely continue to tip the hard working youth that work on my car when I come but I doubt if I will come back after that. The deceitful tactic lost me as returning customer. read more
