I recently visited this Flagstop location while exploring different car wash options, as I'm considering becoming a member and want to find the right fit. You don't have to be a member to get a wash, but when I arrived, the only lane open was the members-only lane. I had to wait longer than expected for an attendant to assist me. During that time, no one explained the wash packages or attempted to introduce the membership options, which felt like a missed opportunity. The wash itself was decent -- nothing exceptional, but it got the job done. The bigger issue for me was the vacuum area. The vacuums are time-limited, so you have to keep stopping to push the button again. That becomes frustrating, especially when you're in the middle of cleaning. I tend to spend a good amount of time detailing my car, so repeatedly stopping interrupts the flow. They only had the larger hose attachment -- no smaller crevice tool for tight areas between seats, and no air gun. The suction on several hoses was weak. I actually moved my car to three different spots trying to find a vacuum with better suction. Another customer nearby, who was a member, was also complaining about the same issue. At other car washes I've visited, they offered complimentary air fresheners. At this location, I had to track down an attendant to ask for one. Overall, the wash was acceptable, but the vacuum setup and customer communication could use improvement especially for a location that's encouraging memberships. read more

I want to give a shout out to Payton, Manager and Sam, associate for great customer service with a smile, enthusiasm, and professionalism. I love visiting this location. You are greeted by the associates when they are directing you through the wash. They point to each item on the screen and they make eye contact with you when they have completed that process with a thumbs up or a wave. The location on Parham and Broad shows no motivation, a non-caring attitude, and sometimes point to the sign from a distance without making eye contact. It would be ideal if all locations trained their employees the same way to show some consistency and continuity. Once you build a brand it should hold up through the test of time. A few bad seeds can and will destroy your brand if the customer is made to feel like it is our privilege to frequent your facility. Thanks again Team Flagstop on Beechwood. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Dr. Carter, Sr. read more

I have been a member for about a year now and I love the convenience of Flagstop. I can run through for a quick car wash or when I have more time, can spend the extra time to vacuum and wipe down my car. My car is always clean and I love it! A few days ago, I had pulled over next to the Flagstop in Ashland/Sliding Hill with a flat tire. While sitting there waiting for AAA to show up . . . the manager Jordan and an employee Josh came over and asked if they could help. They were courteous and genuinely wanted to help. Being by myself with two children in the car, I accepted their offer to help. Josh went to work and within 5 minutes had my tired changed and I was on my way. Of course, I then got my car washed :-). I want to thank both Jordan and Josh for being so helpful and for going out of their way to help! We should all strive to have employees like that and I will be a member of Flagstop forever!!! Thanks guys!!! read more

This was my first time at Flagstop Carwash and Payton at this location went above and beyond for me today! I'm literally writing this review while still sitting in the parking lot. I rolled my car windows down while I cleaned out my car, and apparently I left the key turned a notch. It completely drained my battery I asked one of the employees if he happened to have any cables and he said he'd ask the rest of the crew. Payton came over and offered to pull his car around to jump my car since no one I was calling was answering. He pulled around and was patient and so helpful and got my car running again. Not only is it a great wash and amazing customer service during the wash and vacuuming (they literally walk around with glass cleaner and towels for you, but they're so kind and caring about their customers! Would give them 10 stars if I could!! They absolutely have gained a loyal customer with me!! read more

I have patronized this establishment since the day they opened. I have always gotten the best in customer service and an incredible wash of my vehicle. I love the work bays that allow you to dry, vacuum, clean, and wipe down your car after a great wash. The convenience of having all these tools there to help you get the job done is wonderful and at an awesome monthly help. Today I got great customer service from Ethan, but I have been well treated by all of the staff at this location. They are my favorite! read more
