At times it seems they are not even trying to (shower heads in the east club are mismatched, come on), tile is dingy, and both clubs give a worn out vibe. Some of the gym equipment has seen better days, esp at the east. The good - the staff is very friendly, their classes are varied and a lot of fun, both clubs have both a steam room and sauna plus a jacuzzi, and they always seem to have an ample supply of clean towels.
