Lets start with dismissive, uncaring, and unhelpful. Been a member for a few years based on hours…read morethey are open. When items like an ab roller are stolen, they take months to replace them. Was traveling domestic this weekend and my credit card was skimmed and a fraudulent charge was attempted over seas. Went in today to update a new credit card number (4 days after the bank cancellation) for my monthly billing. Seems they tried to pull my monthly account a day after my bank cancelled it. Hit me with a $20 charge for me, my wife, and my daughter ($60) and refuse to cancel my account going forward if I dont pay the fees plus the next month in advance. I could swallow the next month in advance, maybe even one of the 3 x $20, but they were not reasonable. Now a member of a new gym. There is a difference between straight policy and carrying about members.

$25 for my membership and I can go to any PF in the USA??? Done deal. If you travel often like me,…read morethis is the best membership I have found. Ok so they don't have a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub. I really miss these but for the price I totally think this is worth it. These are always very very clean gyms! I love this!! Thank you to all the hard working staff who seem to be constantly cleaning. Walking around with little vacuum backpacks picking up every little speck of dust. Clean bathrooms. The showers are ok. Some better than others if I had one "do better" thing to say it would be please pay more attention to the showers. The machines are in good shape. Weights section is nice. A lot of them are large and sometimes have two levels. Plenty of space. The staff is always friendly when you are coming and going.

Fitness Collective has been an incredible place to train. The trainers are not only extremely…read moreknowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and invested in your progress. Since starting here, I've seen noticeable gains in muscle and overall strength, far more than I experienced on my own or at other gyms. What really sets them apart is how thoughtfully they tailor each program to fit your individual athletic needs, goals, and abilities. Nothing feels generic or cookie-cutter. When I dealt with an injury, the team went above and beyond by staying in direct communication with my physical therapist, which made returning to workouts seamless, safe, and confidence-boosting. It's rare to find a gym that combines expertise, personalization, and real care this well.

This place is legit. I have hated working out for years, but now I have been going 3x week at FC…read moreand I am loving it! In the past, I always signed up for a membership at the usual gyms, but never lasted more than a month. I never knew how to workout or what I should be doing. And it was lonely. Those problems disappeared when I started going to FC. People know my name and they tell me what workouts I should be doing! If you are concerned about the cost, get over it. The security of actually working out consistently is worth paying more than the usual $19.99/month at a big-name gym. Lose confusion, gain direction. Lose isolation, gain friends. Lose self-doubt, gain self-respect. Shoutout to my awesome trainers: Allison, Kelly, & Jimmy!

I have been really enjoying my experience at Club Palates. I was nervous at first because of knee…read moreinjuries, but it's actually helping. The studio is beautiful and equipped with so many props. Every class is new and different. All the teachers are very experienced and encouraging. After only six classes, my body feels stronger, and I feel taller. I'm fortunate to be getting such personalized attention, and I'm sure that once the word gets out, the classes will be packed!

The space is a bit tight, but works. I went to a free intro class and the instruction was fine. I…read morekinda wish it had been a full class vs a half hour intro, to get more of a feel for it, but I appreciated the intro class chance. I won't return for more classes, however, because: a) Although I explicitly opted OUT of text messages and calls, I received several calls and texts and it felt very high-pressure-y even before I went to the class. I got more after. b) Although I liked the class well enough to be interested in going to more, I'm not willing to sign up for a recurring billing situation, and there is no option as far as I can tell to buy a pack of classes for a limited time or anything--just monthly subscription options for once a week, twice a week, etc. 3) Despite all those calls and texts, going to an intro class, scouring the website, and getting promotional brochures after the intro class, and despite now knowing the fees for *missing* a class, etc, I still do.not.know how much any subscription level actually costs. I don't think there's any subscription in the world I want to sign up for without being able to see the prices in advance. I also would prefer to really try things out without having to commit to a subscription, anyway. The place might work great for people who are less risk-averse or who don't mind high pressure sales tactics without actual pricing, but it's not for me, unfortunately. (Barre3 down the street offers 10-class packs in addition to clearly priced subscriptions, btw.)
