Management and staff here need better training on both customer service and professionalism.

Getting here wasn't horribly hard, but I contribute that to the early morning hours. Pulled in and right up to the pumps. While I filling up the tank my Dad went inside to fill up a coffee cup. After I finished at the pumps I also went inside to get myself a drink. I am not a coffee drinker, but I still needed my caffeine. I went with the coolers and grabbed myself a sweet tea. Checking out inside was quick for me as I went the self checkout route. I can only imagine what this place is like during the daylight hours. I Yelped around and Donte immediately responded and gave me a very fair quote. He even fit me in the next day which was a 7 AM Sunday slot and came right on time. After 3ish hours, my sister's car was transformed into a brand new sparkling car that smelled so wonderfully. Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.

Long story short, I bought two Groupons for two details and never ended up being able to get either one done. First, you never get to talk to anyone even if you have an issue. They don't answer the phone, don't call back, it's crazy. Making an appointment is extremely difficult and done over email even if you call/text them repeatedly. When I finally had my appointments, both were cancelled last minute (once they didn't notify me until an hour and 15 mins after they were supposed to be at my house!). Even on the reschedule dates, they never showed, not texting me until after my appointment time had passed. There was always an excuse, but I just couldn't take the chance and spend anymore time waiting around for them to hopefully show. Luckily Groupon refunded my money.
