They are very gentle an easy an explain everything that they do an ask you if your ok with it all. I see Rochelle most of the time, but I have also seen her husband an they are both great. Rather than coordinated care, the process felt inefficient and, frankly, transactional--almost as if each referral was designed to secure another slice of the insurance reimbursement. After seeing nearly every doctor in the office, I was inexplicably routed back to the first one. At that point, it was clear no one had a definitive understanding of my condition. Adding to the frustration, the practice billed my medical insurance instead of my eye insurance, creating yet another unnecessary complication. Thankfully, after switching insurance providers, I visited a different ophthalmologist who accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue in just two appointments. It's disappointing that a practice with such polished facilities and advanced equipment fell short where it mattered most: precise diagnosis, continuity of care, and competent billing.

Dr. Amberly Parkhurst personally called me to check up on my husband after his first appointment...to see if the adjustment helped his back pain. That act of kindness meant a lot to me. I, also, have received superb massage therapy from their stellar staff member, Andrea. Setting up an appointment has always been very quick. My adjustments were always done very efficiently and with attention to detail. We have referred them to friends for about eight years. I went to their new place of business this year recently. Their new office building was easy to find and well furnished. Their waiting room and lobby were spacious, minimal, comfortable, and provided coffee and water for clients. I liked the quiet , welcoming, and peaceful ambience. On that visit, I found out that my rib was dislocated and the reason why I was experiencing a lot of mysterious pain. I tried everything to find healing and relief. The ortho doctor gave me a steroid shot. It didn't help. The PT did dry needling and a little massage. It didn't help. I went for two massages. Another chiropractor made a few adjustments that brought NO relief and actually misdiagnosed my pain. I used a massage gun. heat packs, ice packs, Naproxen, muscle relaxants. Nothing worked. But when I saw Dr Cathy I saw a level of determination to heal me that I'd not experienced elsewhere. I witnessed a professional that really understands the body and its mechanics.
