What followed wasn't a sales pitch at all, it turned into a genuine, comfortable conversation rooted in education, honesty, and zero pressure. The tone was very much "when you're ready, here are some things to think about," which made all the difference. When my friend finished, we walked out, made it to the car then I turned around and went back in for a treatment of my own. That decision was 100% because of how kind, honest, and genuine everyone was. How could I go anywhere else? The treatment itself went just as smoothly as the conversation. And then came the results...wow! Such a difference, yet still subtle and completely me. Just a few fewer lines, more confidence, and results I am genuinely thrilled with. I live in Atlanta, where aesthetic spas are everywhere. But finding this level of human connection, care, and authenticity is truly priceless. The manager ended up backseat driving the entire time, directing every move. The whole interaction felt chaotic, and in my gut I knew it wasn't going to turn out well. When they finished, I immediately saw unevenness, visible lumps, and migration. The manager insisted my lips looked "so good," but they didn't and I knew it. When I voiced my concerns, I was told to come back in two weeks, even though I was leaving for vacation in one week. So I ended up going on my trip with lips I didn't feel confident in. When I came back, I finally met Anna, the regular injector at this location. She took one look and immediately understood what had gone wrong. She spent real time dissolving the migration and trying to correct what she could. Meanwhile, management wanted to charge me again to fix work that wasn't done correctly the first time. That felt less like policy and more like damage control disguised as procedure. Having to come back twice to correct something that should've been done properly the first time is an inconvenience, not an upgrade. While Anna handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine integrity, the overall experience was disappointing. Even after all the dissolving and adjusting, it never felt like I truly got the lips I paid for -- just damage control. Anna is the only reason I'd even consider returning or recommending this location. Her care stood out in a situation where management did not. Anna helped - truly. But she was in damage-control mode. Trying to undo bad work: * dissolve in sections * try to salvage shape * the lips end up slightly deflated and uneven That's why it now looks like I "never got anything done." I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) I was asked to come back to see Cheryl, who I guess is the manager. when I got there I was expecting her to fix it, but instead, she just kept telling me the reasons why she couldn't put more Botox in it, she sad if they put too much it would paralyze My muscle movement lol. They achieve their 5.0 reviews by offering people $25 free the next time they come in to leave them all those wonderful reviews! lol. So it's not for good service as much as it is using a bad economy to offerr people money towards free product in exchange for their good reviews. for whatever good that free money did in my case. I had $400 worth of Botox put in my face just to come out looking the way I am. I thought my search was finally over, but now I will be searching for another provider. and I'll have to hurry because this little bit of whatever they put in me is only going to last for probably a month or so before I'll have to cough up another at least $300 or won't be able to go out at all.

I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. The massage itself was good but I will not return to this place the next time I'm on vacation. Very unprofessional!
