I've been coming to Deland Chiro since 2019 and plan to continue . I have had the opportunity to take advantage of many of their therapy offerings including massage. They really do have the best team in the area "hands down" ! Once you get your aches and pains taken care of and want to improve your nutrition, you must see Jennifer and Ideal Protein. It works ! read more

Dr. Job and Dr. Munson have worked wonders on my back and neck keeping me mobile and doing the things I like to do. I would highly recommend them for your needs. Chandra greets you with a broad smile. read more

Great people and service. Dr Gordon is a great chiropractor and a genius on acupuncture.

Don't go here if you were involved in auto accident. They care more about the money than the patient. Never informed me that the treatment was completely not covered by PIP. So when my lawsuit fell through due to other person not having sufficient insurance, they had a bill of over $4,000 waiting for me. I feel like I was scammed. Definitely fighting it and contemplating a medical malpractice suit for not disclosing treatment was experimental before I decided to go through with it. read more

Great service as alway! This is where I go every time I push myself too hard or not enough and sit too much :/ Drs. Munson and Gordon have helped me get healthy on multiple occasion. Adjustments where needed and a plan to combat the issue to boot. Also staff couldn't be nicer if they tried. Check ins warm, welcoming and check outs are my favorite conversations. Highly recommend and I've barely even tried all the services offered. read more

Their nutrition program is such a joke! Ideal protein is the biggest scam ever! Make sure you do your research before committing to this expensive program that does NOT teach you about proper nutrition and lifestyle. RED FLAG when someone gives you advice to NOT exercise for the first couple weeks due to the fact you are in a starvation diet of approximately 1000 calories which they call phase I. This is NOT nutrition at all in fact they give you a bunch of their pills and product to take to make up for the LACK of nutrition in the ideal protein (it's not ideal). Also, why would you sell products that are packaged ( also called processed the last time I checked) which for sure doesn't contribute to your health. While someone might try this scam of a diet, of course you're going to lose weight when you are STARVING yourself. If you want to destroy your metabolism and possibly develop insulin resistance due to the fact your not eating much carbs( the good ones) then go right ahead. But don't say you weren't forewarned!!! read more

On the first visit for my husband and I entered a review as we were very impressed with how very friendly everyone was and our hopes were built up especially for my husband. He has been dealing with spinal problem for some time as a result of Viet Nam. The one who spoke with us about her great improvement was very encouraging so thought it was worth it. His treatment alone was over $5000. out of pocket as Insurance did not cover it. Than to add to that which must have been for the office call the insurance paid for. A second one from insurance we received today. As well I also was charged for one for my guess office call. The treatment did absolutely nothing for my husband and if anything perhaps made it worst. They were aware of no progress, it seemed that they should have stopped the treatment. I would recommend don't review until you think you see some progress unless you have money to throw away. We didn't. Though they were kind, treatments do not work with everyone and extremely expensive with you do not see even a slight progress. read more

I'm so glad I was referred by a friend to DeLand Chiropractic. I've never felt more welcome at a doctors office before.

I would not recommend this place due to their dishonesty. Here are the details: The only reason I booked an appointment with them is because my regular chiropractor had no open appointment for the same day when a sudden injury happened. Deland Chiropractor is just 10 minutes from my work so I thought why not. When the appointment was booked it was confirmed that the assessment is free and the treatment should be around $40. I was greeted kindly, given a tour and even a gift and I thought this is great I might switch chiropractor! The doctor was nice and informative, went through my medical history then completed an examination then here is where things went downhill. The receptionist came back with a plan both insurance covered option and without. The insurance covered was way too expensive. The one without is through a program if I sign up today I would have to pay $72 for the examination $49 for membership and $42 for treatment, the total of $163 to start with. Plus follow up treatments. They claimed that only the assessment is free not the examination! At no point the doctor told me that he is proceeding with the examination and this is not part of the free assessment. On the other hand, how do you assess a patient's condition if you do not perform an examination? Here is the definition of an chiropractic assessment: The assessment takes into account what the doctor learns from the patient's information and the examination performed. The assessment includes the diagnosis and prognosis, and may also involve a differential diagnosis. When the diagnosis is unclear, the doctor should include possible diagnoses listed in order of most to least probable. This component includes a chiropractor's assessment of the patient's progress. And there are many other resources confirming examination is PART of the assessment. They claimed if I walked out of the office at this point I still have to pay for the examination which would be the minimum $80 - my copay. At this point I was there for an hour and got no treatment. After the back and forth she came back and said the $80 is due at service and actually it includes my treatment which was not included 5 minutes ago. So I agreed to get the adjustment done once I went through all this stress, not to mention the pain why I was there to begin with. I have no intention to book any future appointments with this office. And when you read the many good reviews on Google or Yelp please keep in mind that they have an incentive every quarter to win prizes like 72" TV IF you submit a Google or Yelp review which is worth 3 entries! Hence 4.9 star on Google. The bottom line is that the patients should be informed upfront what the service is going to cost them so they can make a decision whether or not they want to take the services. read more

I was given excellent care and the entire staff is terrific. Highly recommended. I was always afraid of going to a chiropractor. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the process with great communication and educating me along the way. read more

This office was recommended by a friend. This was my first visit here after having many chiropractic visits elsewhere over the years. For the first time, I understand that chiropractic care is not cookie cutter care. My problem was discovered through an X-ray, a treatment plan was discussed (and not a never ending plan either), and the doctor, along with his staff, was very nice and professional. My treatment was specific to the problem, not just a blanket treatment that everyone gets. I'm looking forward to the outcome. read more
