Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

As someone who is always looking for a quick recovery from soreness and to reduce inflammation, cryo is my immediate go-to! The results are truly remarkable. I had a shoulder injury and was tired of being in pain and was desperate enough to try anything and that's when I stumbled upon cryotherapy. A treatment that sends your body into shock by exposing you to temperatures between -160 to -220 degrees. It may sound painful but I promise it feels amazing! Now one thing I will say: One cryo session will not immediately heal you but will revive some pain. I want to say to maximize the benefit, 5 sessions of consecutive treatments in about a span of a week can make you feel substantially better. Not only did my pain levels decrease significantly, but my energy levels and overall mood improved as well. I opted for the cryotherapy, Whole body. In the dressing room, I put on their socks, gloves and slippers. I wore their robe into the chamber. I don't know why I initially thought I'd be wet, but cryotherapy is not water. It's cold air. It was like walking into a freezer at a restaurant, if you've ever worked in the food service industry. First timers get 3 minutes in the chamber. It's a stand up chamber with a frosted glass window so you can see out. I did not feel claustrophobic. It was set at -122 and snow flurries were moving about. My eye lashes and arm hairs had tiny icicles on them! I shivered a bit but it wasn't bad. You have the option to have music or not. There is also a timer and a lighted bar that give you a heads up to the remaining time. It seemed very fast. Upon entry and exit, they take your temperature. They want to be sure you don't get too cold and they use that data for future sessions. The socks, gloves and robe are laundered, so there's a hamper for the used items. They have other therapy as well- theragun, compression boots, sauna etc. I gave four stars because I feel like I should have received a more comprehensive treatment plan, such as recommendations on how many sessions, how frequent, and what to expect - some sort of flyer or information. As a newbie, I have no idea going in what the mechanism of cryo is etc, so it would be nice to know. I do plan on going back. They have memberships for those who wanna take advantage of their many services. They also have some online specials if you check out their IG. My session was $35. There is a lot out front for parking. You can make an appointment online or you can walk in. They have a roomy waiting area.

They put my girlfriend in the cryotherapy machine & about 10 seconds in she's passed out with the doctor talking to us and watching her before hand with her head covered in nitrogen. I immediately ripped open the door and there she is laying in the machine looking as if she was having a seizure with purple lips. I picked her up and carried her out while she's still unconscious twitching. Doctor told me to sit her down and after a couple seconds she's wakes up and has no memory of what happen. He claimed that she may be dehydrated, she's an NPC bikini competitor and drinks two gallons a day! After being completely traumatized by it all they than had the nerves to charge me for her session.
