My first was amazing but moved on, the second wasn't quite what I was looking for, and my current one is fantastic! It really depends on the technician, but the quality and professionalism are consistent. What keeps me coming back are the deals. They always have great offers like buy 40 units, get 10 free plus Alle points, which really adds up whether you're doing Botox or Xeomin. They also run Groupon specials that make treatments even more affordable. The location (right by the Florida Mall) is convenient, and they offer plenty of other services too. Since the management change in 2025, the front desk staff has been friendlier and more welcoming, which makes visits much smoother. Pro tip: Ask about their current promos before booking there's almost always a deal running!

I somehow found LightTouch Medspa and Iris did my Pixel treatment. She did it all over my face, and it helped my scar on my eyebrow so much. I was super happy because this treatment was similar to the laser treatment I had started in Colombia but due to work I was no longer able to travel as much. As a result, I had to find an alternative here and I did. The pixel laser treatment not only did it help my scar but it also left my skin flawless. If you are looking for options to treat your scares especially on your face, please visit this place. Your face will look crazy at first and burnt but this is all part of the process. New skin generates and my eyebrow scar looks so much better. I feel more confident and so much better. Before I would try to hide the scar. Thank you Iris you are amazing.

The receptionist apologized saying they are late with clients, and I understood because I saw 2 clients leave while I was there. Around 3:20pm, I asked if they are still running late, and the receptionist said not for long. At 3:30pm, someone came in wearing scrubs and looked like the receptionist knew her and they chatted and later on went to the back. The receptionist took me to a room around 3:35pm and at that point I was sure that Janet will come soon after, knowing that no clients were there. I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?! You are a terrible professional and business owner.

    The Good, the Bad and the Ugly…read more The good and great. I had the pleasure of meeting a nice receptionist, Samira. She walked me through the entire process and was patient with all of my questions from beginning to end. She was GREAT! To foreshadow the negative part of my experience, she was the only thing that saved me from esculating my concerns to a higher level. Her kindness, patience and overall professionalism was the highlight of my experience. This office is so lucky to have her. The good. Dr. Higgins was professional, knowledgable and thourogh with his examination and recommendations. What detracted from my review was that he was running late (as dr's normally do). We waited for a long time in a small room for the doctor. When he arrived and went through my history and saw my body, he changed the type of procedure. I wish this was done the day before because this was just moments before I was taken to the operating room. It would have been nice to know this ahead of the surgery so that I could process his recommendations. Here is the bad and honest review of my procedure. The concern started when I had to walk myself to the operating room behind the nurse. Who does that? The circumstances get worse so keep reading. Just like someone detailed in a previous review I was KICKED out of the clinic 20 minutes after surgery. PLEASE LISTEN AND READ THIS CLEARLY........... 20 MINUTES AFTER SURGERY. I know what you are thinking. the same thing i was thinking when I read the previous ladies review. "NO WAY" yes its 100% true. I was disoriented, shaking uncontrollably with pain and all I could say over and over was NO NO NO I can't do this. My wife was told over and over that it is just the anasteshia. I was strapped in the car, while in the parking lot the nurse said, "just empty the drains. . . he will be okay. . . don't give him pain meds for 3 hours. . . I gave him as much as I can." These were my post-op instructions, in the parking lot with no paperwork or information on what happened in surgery other than he did great. Thankfully, (no thanks to Magical) I was okay in about an hour. I should have been allowed to come out of the anesthesia properly with a nurse. The next part is even worse than being kicked out. The next day at the follow up appointment, I was on Mary's (the clinic manager) target list. Mary walked in past me with a horrible attitude and started barking orders about paying for a binding garment I didn't pay for. Well the day before, I brought all of the garments in a suit case and rolled into the waiting area. Even after asking the employees, the nurse and other people what to do with it or who to give it to, no one took it. Ultimately, they put "their Magical" garment on me and this made me Public Enemy #1 on Mary's target list. We explained the situation to her middle men because she refused to come and tell us herself even after several requests. She told them to take the "Magical garment off" and leave it if I wasn't going to pay. She made made my wife run to the car and get my "oridnary garment". When we came back with the same bag full of the same supplies, Mary said that the "Magical garment" was stained so we still have to pay. I am POSITIVE that Ms. Mary knows that the medical staff write on the garment with a marker, so this was just something to make us jump through hoops. We all know that all the clinics want to sell their garments to make money. This seemed like a backhanded way to get money from people choose to bring their own supplies. So BEWARE! The sad thing is, I would have paid for it, if I was approached in an appropriate way. As much as Samira and Dr. Higgins are assets to Magical, Ms. Mary the Manager is going to be its downfall if something doesn't change. Ms. Mary, the manager is the UGLY. She might possibly be the most unprofessional manager I have ever experienced. She caused a problem when if she had even a small amount of customer care or service, she could have gotten more than the cost of the "Magical garment." Summery: Receptionist Samira AWESOME!!!, Dr. Higgins very good , AFTERCARE AND ADMIN ALL NEED TO GET OTHER JOBS.

I'm so exited and I can't wait to meet with doctor Higgins and to start my procedures...
