Athlete Recovery Room was so accommodating! We phoned to make an appointment and they fit us right in. They were so welcoming and made us so comfortable for our daughter. They were informative on what would be most helpful and so knowledgeable about each therapy and the benefits. We did red light therapy and cryo therapy and came back again for more. It was so helpful! Additionally, it gave our daughter the confidence and comfort from pain to compete strong. Her team is moving on to finals and we are so blessed by our Experian experience here and how much they truly helped her.

I opted for the cryotherapy, Whole body. In the dressing room, I put on their socks, gloves and slippers. I wore their robe into the chamber. I don't know why I initially thought I'd be wet, but cryotherapy is not water. It's cold air. It was like walking into a freezer at a restaurant, if you've ever worked in the food service industry. First timers get 3 minutes in the chamber. It's a stand up chamber with a frosted glass window so you can see out. I did not feel claustrophobic. It was set at -122 and snow flurries were moving about. My eye lashes and arm hairs had tiny icicles on them! I shivered a bit but it wasn't bad. You have the option to have music or not. There is also a timer and a lighted bar that give you a heads up to the remaining time. It seemed very fast. Upon entry and exit, they take your temperature. They want to be sure you don't get too cold and they use that data for future sessions. The socks, gloves and robe are laundered, so there's a hamper for the used items. They have other therapy as well- theragun, compression boots, sauna etc. I gave four stars because I feel like I should have received a more comprehensive treatment plan, such as recommendations on how many sessions, how frequent, and what to expect - some sort of flyer or information. As a newbie, I have no idea going in what the mechanism of cryo is etc, so it would be nice to know. I do plan on going back. They have memberships for those who wanna take advantage of their many services. They also have some online specials if you check out their IG. My session was $35. There is a lot out front for parking. You can make an appointment online or you can walk in. They have a roomy waiting area.

I called last night and said I was interested in coming in tomorrow for the free consultation and if I needed to set up an appointment. Was told no. Come in anytime. I arrived at 9:30am today and was greeted by a young lady who was very polite. After a brief tour I asked her about using the recovery room and she walked over to speak with the owner. He said it was only available to members. I then showed him the BioFit website Free Consultation offer and he said the tour is the free consultation. I was shocked and told him that I thought the wording was very misleading and he argued that it isn't and nothing is free. Spent the majority of my life in the hospitality industry and this was a horrible experience. As I completed this review in the parking lot, the owner came and knocked on my car window. He said I just read your review and continued to argue about the Free Consultation offer. He then added some profanity and said that BioFit is not a corporate gym and that he offers personalized coaching.

She appeared nervous, talking to herself and missed three veins. I've never had anyone miss my veins for blood draws or IVs. Then, she offered to keep trying! No thanks! Nobody seemed super concerned that I walked out with three bandages and no service. The two people at the front desk literally said nothing to me. What a strange and disappointing experience.
