From email communication to front desk... and all around team work from start to finish! They have the same professional standards as I have for my business, so their professionalism and customer service definitely caught our attention.. but I was about to be pleasantly surprised... I've been with chronic pain for the past 22 years... Lower back pain got the best of me in the past 4 months.. My pain tolerance is pretty high, but I was desperate for any type of relief at this point.. When I tell you, I came in HURTING...that's an understatement... Dr. Rusnak did a consult and immediately got Patti (AMAZING massage therapist) on it! Patti gave a deep tissue massage to prep my body for Acupuncture and Cupping.. Dr. Rusnak took over and did what she does best! Her professionalism, knowledge and confidence in her craft was literally everything! I walked out of their clinic with pain RELIEF! My wife and I were HIGHLY impressed as they went above and beyond to help with my pain management.. This was my first time trying Acupuncture after everything else (Chiropractor, decompression, Platelet Rich Plasma/Stem cell injection, laser..) and I'm AMAZED by this holistic healing practice, I booked almost everyday I could this week! If you have any doubts, please reach out to Dr. Rusnak's team and give them a try I cannot rave enough about this place and I've only had 2 sessions. I am officially obsessed and can't wait to try all the other treatments they offer. Cryo was unlike anything I have ever done before and I did not really know what to expect. Ashley was so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through the process. They had a nice robe and socks you put on before going in the Cryo chamber. It's 3 minutes which at first I though " that's it ? " but OMG, it's enough trust me. It was a cold beyond cold and a very new experience. You get gloves and the robe comes off. Ashley stayed with me the whole time making sure I was okay and explaining what was happening at every step. Like I said staff is amazing. Go check them out, they offer great promotions and packages. I opted for the cryotherapy, Whole body. In the dressing room, I put on their socks, gloves and slippers. I wore their robe into the chamber. I don't know why I initially thought I'd be wet, but cryotherapy is not water. It's cold air. It was like walking into a freezer at a restaurant, if you've ever worked in the food service industry. First timers get 3 minutes in the chamber. It's a stand up chamber with a frosted glass window so you can see out. I did not feel claustrophobic. It was set at -122 and snow flurries were moving about. My eye lashes and arm hairs had tiny icicles on them! I shivered a bit but it wasn't bad. You have the option to have music or not. There is also a timer and a lighted bar that give you a heads up to the remaining time. It seemed very fast. Upon entry and exit, they take your temperature. They want to be sure you don't get too cold and they use that data for future sessions. The socks, gloves and robe are laundered, so there's a hamper for the used items. They have other therapy as well- theragun, compression boots, sauna etc. I gave four stars because I feel like I should have received a more comprehensive treatment plan, such as recommendations on how many sessions, how frequent, and what to expect - some sort of flyer or information. As a newbie, I have no idea going in what the mechanism of cryo is etc, so it would be nice to know. I do plan on going back. They have memberships for those who wanna take advantage of their many services. They also have some online specials if you check out their IG. My session was $35. There is a lot out front for parking. You can make an appointment online or you can walk in. They have a roomy waiting area.
