I am a huge advocate of chiropractic care. We previously lived in Northern NJ for 8 years and needed to find a new provider after moving to Orlando. I tried another well-known provider and it wasn't a good fit for me. I found Summit Chiropractic via my health insurance website, saw it was a short distance from my house and had good reviews and decided to try them out. They're also open on Saturdays, which was a huge plus. I suffer from migraines and glad they're open 6 days a week in case I have a flare up. I started coming here in October 2021. I have seen Dr Warner, Dr Norris and Dr Fike and all are wonderful. I have seen Dr Warner the most and he is fabulous. He is very friendly, answers any questions I have and is very thorough in his explanations so I can understand and most importantly I feel so much better after my adjustments. Dr Norris and Dr Fike are also awesome! Summit also offers massages and last weekend I went for a massage with Ezekiel. I booked through a new year promo and had a fabulous massage. Ezekiel was friendly and I felt a lot more relaxed afterwards. I scheduled an appointment for next month too. I have been a patient of Dr Fikes since 2016 and she has helped me immensely with my chronic pain and mobility. I have seen her for acute accidents or acute pain and I always come away from the office feeling so much better. I no longer trust going to this chiropractic office since you can't trust what the front office tells you the price for the visit will be, instead they bait and switch you. I called this office to find out what my insurance coverage will be for the new year, 2024, if I were to make an appointment, so I'm aware of what the cost will be and so I can budget it. I expressed this to the receptionist who checked my insurance coverage and stated I had 24 visits at a zero dollar co-pay. I verified with her It was a zero dollar co-pay.I scheduled an appointment that same day. Went in for the appointment saw the chiropractor for no more than 10 minutes. I went to check out and schedule my next appointment when the front desk then tells me that there is an $87 charge for the visit which is not what they told me over the phone not even an hour earlier. I questioned why it's $87 when I confirmed over the phone an hour ago and they told me it was a zero dollar co-pay. The front desk tells me that the chiropractor gets to dictate what gets charged to the insurance and what has to be self pay. I asked why was that not told to me when I called to ask how much the visit would be and instead they told me it was a zero dollar co-pay. But now they're demanding $87 for today's visit? as a patient that makes no sense and their policy needs to be more transparent. The front desk staff did not apologize and pretty much told me "it is what it is" and to pay up. Mind you this entire conversation is in front of the other patients waiting to be seen so there is no privacy, it's embarrassing to have to argue about this let alone in front of people. An experience like this shows a person what type of business is being run. They care more about the money than their patients. This office is deceitful. Please stay away sadly. read more

I began coming to Summit Chiropractic after experiencing significant lower back/hip pain. I was in search for a chiropractor rated well, with evening hours and took my insurance. With Summit Chiropractic, I got all of that. After eight adjustments with Dr. Norris and two massage therapy sessions with Sandy, I am nearly pain free. I can sit comfortably at work and drive without shooting pain. The emphasis, too, is not to keep you coming back forever: this office truly believes in correcting unhealthy habits such as looking down at one's phone or crossing one's legs. I see Sandy for acupuncture and massage therapy. She is AMAZING! She takes the time to listen to what you need and really work with what is bothering you. Will not be back. Came in for a massage and it was the worst. I was in so much pain for about a week after that I had to find someone else to fix the issues. Not worth the money I saved going through Groupon. So first of all the check in process was annoying. They give you this Ipad that keeps freezing and in the mean time your massage time is being used. And they will not add that time lost. If you are coming for a consult, be prepared to have everyone listen to your issues. No privacy at all. It felt like an office with cubicles for massage and consultation. It has a very cold and stiff feel about it. I guess it's more for medical purposes rather than relaxation. The masseuse was however very good. Wish she was at a better location. I would not recommend the place and sorry to all those who got this from Groupon because that was the only reason I went there. Word of advise, fill in the questionnaire online before arrival to the place otherwise you will waste quite a bit of time filling it out. read more

My hubby & I started working with Drs FiLe & Warren at Summit about 6 weeks ago. We are amazed at the progress we have made! My sore shoulder is 90% well and my right hand doesn't hurt. My biggest surprise is my foot. Have seen a podiatrist for nerve inflammation but no resolution. After a gait analysis, the drs saw the issue was how my feet "roll" when I walking. After about 3 weeks of taping, it is doing great!!! My hubby is a systems analysis & spends 40+ hours a week on the computer. He was developing a hump on his low neck/upper back. After 6 weeks of corrective exercises, taping & chiropractic adjustments, he is much straighter & has much less neck pain. You guys are great. So glad we found you! Thanks so much. I had a great experience with Summit! Went in with bad pain in my rear delt that bothered me for months in the gym and my rear delt pain was completely gone after a week or so after the conclusion that the pain was all associated with a problem with my neck. I've seen so many improvements after evaluations and regular adjustments to my neck and spine all thanks to Dr. Warner! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.
