The facility is also modern and very clean. My only couple bits of constructive feedback are, one, pre-surgery, they made me swab the inside of my nose twice with Betadyne, which has a sickening smell. Then, when I was rolled into the surgical suite, when they placed the oxygen hose in my nose, the strong odor of the new plastic tubing combined with the odor of the Betadyne instantly made me extremely nauseous. It was all I could do to avoid throwing up. It was AWFUL!!! The same thing happened again when I went in for my second surgery, in spite of them giving me anti-nausea medicine prior to going into the surgical suite. It makes me sick just thinking about it and I don't get queasy very easily. Also, we made a payment several weeks ago and then received a second bill for the same amount. When my wife called in, she was told that they are just now processing payments received 20 days ago. Very concerning and odd!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Cecil Ashby and his practice! Not meaning to sound…read moremelodramatic, but Dr. Ashby's treatment has changed my life. I've had serious lower back and hip issues (after a bad injury), as well as neck and shoulder problems (pain, stiffness, pinched nerves) for years. After recently moving to the area, I was referred to Dr. Ashby by several new neighbors. And I am so glad I was! Dr. Ashby is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is probably the gentlest chiropractor I've ever seen. But the results are remarkable. I can walk better, faster, and with less effort than I have in years. I''m now walking 1+ miles (no big deal, I know - but it used to be!) with almost no pain in my hip and lower back. And because my flexibility is so much better, I'm walking faster and with less effort. I can actually exercise again. Before seeing Dr. Ashby I could make it about 100 yards before I had to stop, because I was in intense pain. AMAZING! And my neck and shoulder issues have improved, too.
