As a painting contractor, I'm on my feet all day--climbing ladders, bending, reaching, lifting, and constantly using my body. By the end of a job, I'm usually pretty sore. Since my first visit, I've been going every two weeks, or after I finish a major project, and it has made a huge difference. Dr. Lugo doesn't just follow a routine massage. She takes the time to find the tight muscles and knots and works on the areas that actually need attention. She uses different techniques, equipment, and heat therapy to help loosen stiff muscles and get your body feeling right again. For me, massage is much more than relaxation. It helps improve mobility, relieves built-up tension, and leaves me feeling recharged and ready for the next job. If you're dealing with sore muscles, stiffness, or just need to take better care of your body, I highly recommend Dr. Lugo. She's professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping her clients feel their best.
