I tried everything to find healing and relief. The ortho doctor gave me a steroid shot. It didn't help. The PT did dry needling and a little massage. It didn't help. I went for two massages. Another chiropractor made a few adjustments that brought NO relief and actually misdiagnosed my pain. I used a massage gun. heat packs, ice packs, Naproxen, muscle relaxants. Nothing worked. But when I saw Dr Cathy I saw a level of determination to heal me that I'd not experienced elsewhere. I witnessed a professional that really understands the body and its mechanics. I just moved to this area. 2 days later, i had a sharp pain in my back that went down to my foot. Sciatica? I was not sure. I've never had this happen before. I got to the point that i could not move when the pain started on day 4. I used Yelp to find a chiropractor in this area. Up came Dr. Wakeman. I was not too far from this office so i called and made an appointment. They got me in and i spoke to the Dr. He made some recommendations that proved to me, this guy knows what he is talking about. I will say this, i believe that, had i not visited Dr Wakeman, i would not be well today. Within a few visits, he got the pain to subside and gave me hope for a cure. The entire staff is awesome and very caring. They have some massage therapists and they are all very good and experienced. This office is the only chiropractic service allowed in the medical building where they are located. They come highly recommended by some other Dr's in the building. That should say something about this Dr and his practice. Anyway, i am very pleased with the service i have received here. This is the kind of practice that, if you've never visited a chiropractor and you need that service, he's the guy for you. Have no fear, they will help you. Best of luck to you and Thank You Dr. Wakeman.

I've had serious lower back and hip issues (after a bad injury), as well as neck and shoulder problems (pain, stiffness, pinched nerves) for years. After recently moving to the area, I was referred to Dr. Ashby by several new neighbors. And I am so glad I was! Dr. Ashby is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is probably the gentlest chiropractor I've ever seen. But the results are remarkable. I can walk better, faster, and with less effort than I have in years. I''m now walking 1+ miles (no big deal, I know - but it used to be!) with almost no pain in my hip and lower back. And because my flexibility is so much better, I'm walking faster and with less effort. I can actually exercise again. Before seeing Dr. Ashby I could make it about 100 yards before I had to stop, because I was in intense pain. AMAZING! And my neck and shoulder issues have improved, too. Now my wife is seeing him (she has also had long-term lower back issues) and is seeing big improvement after just a few visits. On top of that, Dr. Ashby is very nice man - incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive. His staff (I've met Chris and Deirdra) are just as warm and friendly. And the office and exam rooms are great. Plus, once you're a patient, no appointment necessary. Just walk in. I cannot recommend Dr. Ashby and his practice highly enough! If you need a chiropractor, you should seriously consider him.
