I tried everything to find healing and relief. The ortho doctor gave me a steroid shot. It didn't help. The PT did dry needling and a little massage. It didn't help. I went for two massages. Another chiropractor made a few adjustments that brought NO relief and actually misdiagnosed my pain. I used a massage gun. heat packs, ice packs, Naproxen, muscle relaxants. Nothing worked. But when I saw Dr Cathy I saw a level of determination to heal me that I'd not experienced elsewhere. I witnessed a professional that really understands the body and its mechanics.
