My daughter loves coming to the office as well and now my son. When we met Dr. Fullerton both my kids decided working with him was best. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I've been seeing Dr. Hassid for the past year and can't recommend him enough! My first visit with…read morehim, he diagnosed a problem with my tooth that my other previous dentists had missed, possibly for years. This unfortunately led to needing the tooth to be removed, but he was able to guide me through the process and connect me with a wonderful oral surgeon. Throughout the process, it was evident that he was closely communicating with the offices of the various sub-specialists, coordinating my care, and probably spending time outside of his normal clinical hours to do so. Dr. Hassid has a very calm, patient bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain things, in clear, simple and easy-to-understand terms, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I can tell he really cares about his patients. His office staff are also all excellent - extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. As an example, I had an appointment with him this morning. I received a phone call that one of the staff had called in sick, and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. However, very quickly, Dr. Hassid went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me into his schedule today, so that I could still be seen. It definitely wasn't necessary but really showed the level of commitment Dr. Hassid and his team have toward their patients. I think I'll be a patient here for a very long time.

The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. They were the only orthodontics place in town that would accept transfers! Not only that, but after…read more3 years of braces, my teeth are now as straight as a railroad track! They were extremely sensitive to my needs every time that I came into their office and they did things in a timely manner. There were times where I was concerned about my teeth and the progress and they would set up extra appointments for me to sit and speak with the orthodontist one on one to ease my worries. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them! Also, I noticed that they were extremely clean in their workplace and I really don't know any other orthodontist or dentist in town that would have a mini movie theatre, PSP's at every station, flat screen televisions, and two video game stations! There office is truly mom and kid friendly! Since I was an A&M student, I wasn't able to receive their service of picking up and dropping off students at school, but that is also something to think about for the parent's that are constantly on the go!

It was indicated that about $400 after insurance. Exam was thorough and cleaning was standard. However, my out of pocket was closer to $1200 and their justification was insurance didn't pay as much as they thought it would. I was also shocked to see they charged over $1000 for a cleaning. So be aware.
