I pealed the ones off my door and within days they put new ones up. I called them and asked them to STOP putting stickers on my door, but they repeatedly continued to put them on our doors. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere.

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!

He was scheduled to install and configure a single camera at my residence, including updating the app on my phone. However, he only partially completed the installation, and the app he changed was incompatible with my system. Ron demonstrated insufficient knowledge and capability to program even one camera. He spent several hours at my home, then indicated he needed to return. A plan was made for a subsequent visit; however, he did not contact me until an hour before the appointment and has not been in touch since. I recommend seeking alternative service providers. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This guy, who works for them, drives dangerously, doesn't look where he's going, whipped out in front of me, I had to slam on my brakes, and go around him b/c I ain't dealing a reckless driver like that when I had a passenger in the car. Well when I called to report his dangerous driving, he called me a "dumb bitch" and told me to "eat an asshole" and then hung up. I called again and I left a message and left his license plate number. I don't know if this is an independent company or not, but if that's how you drive and talk to people, I wouldn't want your services. Have a great day, and keep that number you have on your car, in mind, when you drive recklessly and aggressively.
