Tony, Nick, Rich and Sebastian installed two high hats in our short hallway to the kitchen and then replaced a large chandelier in our foyer. All went smoothly the first visit, until our lift broke and the guys were absolute gentleman. They provided me all our options and what they felt would be the best case forward. They ensured all wires were secure from my two little ones and taped everything off perfectly. They have always cleaned up after they leave and all looks better than it did when they first got here. We had to order a new lift, which wasn't cheap but the guys made sure I ordered the best one and then fit us in less than 2 weeks later to finally install our gorgeous chandelier. Never strangers when they come into my home, I felt like family was over for sunday dinner. Do yourself a favor and call DeCecci's for ALL your electric needs. You'll get service with a smile and a truly great team of individuals who are passionate about what they do and will leave you with a huge smile. Thank you DeCecci's for another amazing service.

I was a customer of Marshall Alarm for over 15 years. This company was engaged for alarm…read moremonitoring for an annual fee. I found a reputable alarm company to monitor the system for far less money per month. I changed alarm companies and I either needed the code that Marshall alarm entered into the system when I engaged them 15 years ago or I needed them to restore the system back to the factory settings as it was prior to using their service. I was told that neither could be accomplished remotely due to the age of the equipment and a service call to my home would be required at the cost of $200. Mr. Marshall finally reduced that cost to $139. I was also told that the new company would have the same problem trying to remotely program the system and the new company would not be able to monitor my system. I paid Marshall Alarm $139 for a 5 minute service call. The technician punched in a few numbers on the key paid and left. The new company out of California had no trouble remotely programming the system from their office. My old alarm system is working as well as it did when Marshall Alarm was the monitoring company. It is disconcerting that I would be charged a large fee in order to change alarm monitoring companies. Buyer beware, alarm companies keep raising their monitoring prices and when you shop and find a much lower price for the same service, they charge huge fees to get your own equipment back to operating mode. Shop around and see for yourself. There are many options out there .

This is the worst alarm detection company of all time! My wife and I bought a house that already…read morehad their existing system. Since living here we've had multiple smoke detection warnings that were never detected by this company or the fire department was never alerted. All Time sent a technician who had no idea how to fix the system and then sent me a bill for almost $400 for the service call. They came to setup a new WiFi transmitter which was supposed to resolve the issue. Then we got a low temperature warning and All Time could not explain how to turn the alarm off so disabled it for 2 weeks. They were supposed to call us the next day to help resolve the issue but never did. Finally we got a carbon monoxide warning from our consumer detectors and All Time's never went off. I called them and the technician said it was just a low battery. I didn't trust them so called the fire department who came and detected massive amounts of carbon monoxide in my home and evacuated us until they resolved it. If I had listened to All Time and didn't call the fire department my wife and I could have died in our sleep! We are now looking into legal action against this company. Don't ever use them if you want to have your lives safe!!!

I went with the company already contracted with the home I bought, All Time detection. They made me sign a 5 year contract!! From the second I moved into my home we have had CONSTANT problems with this company. The alarm would go off but no one from the company would either recognize the alarm or if they did they wouldn't know how to turn the alarm off or reset the system. They would blame cellular equipment ( that they installed) or cell tower failures in the area that didn't exist. The final straw was when my carbon monoxide alarms went off in my house went off warning us that there were deadly levels present in our home. We called All Time and we told them about the alarms and they said," those aren't our alarms, those are the store bought Kidde alarms and they probably just need new batteries." Well I called the fire department and I am so glad I did. They came over with all their equipment and registered deadly amounts of carbon monoxide. We were forced to evacuate our home with our dogs. The fire department found our all time detectors NEVER WENT OFF!!! When we told this to the manager of All Time they refuted our claims even thought the 12 firefighters who came to our home promised to stand up in court to refute them. All i wanted in return was a refund of the 6 months of useless service and they still won't give me my money back!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO PUT IN CHARGE OF PROTECTING YOU!!! Other places I looked into were booking 3-4 weeks out and suggested my install would take at least 2 days. Not only does the system sound incredible, but the price was very fair. Finally, the install itself is flawless. No evidence that any work was done at all and everything works exactly as it did...only the sound is incredible.
