Update: After many months of dissatisfaction Strategem did make good on the installation. I suspect this is a one off as they seem to have a good reputation and management was responsive to our concerns. But based on our overall experience, my organization will not permit further business with them at this time and the headaches and embarrassment that this caused me with our project sponsors prevents me from giving them a better rating. I think the individuals I worked with were all professional, pleasant to deal with and empathetic to our situation, but somehow a comedy of mishaps prevented them from delivering as well as they could have. read more

Finally.. a service company who actually took an interest in listening to the customer so to understand his needs, followed up by clear explanation on all the hows and whys of outfitting the premises in the best interest of both house and owner as the unique individuals that they are. No tiered 'packages', no pre-fab 'starter' or 'beginner' level kits, etc. None of that baloney. The focus of the system's layout to both my personal wants and house itself were treated as unique and resulted in a system that makes sense and suits well. Also, the remote app with its features and ability for future expandability without need for modification or interruption to the existing system is certainly a plus. Excellent installation of new security system - from selection, design, project management and installation, to support and training.

Totally disappointed with them. They took over from C & R alarm systems, who was amazing. I called to cancel my service because anytime I would call for service they were never able to come out past 4 pm and if they did they would charge a lot. When I called to cancel I was told I was not allowed cause I was locked into a contract. For over a year they have been harassing me for money, and today I get a certified letter in the mail saying if I do not pay $259.50 by April 1st than they will send my account to collections and I will have to pay $ 1038.00... I am not paying this, they van speak with my lawyer. WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!!!!!! Beware! read more
