And services that deliver are super important and in high demand. I got quotes from several services on Yelp. Aoun from RCJ was the most straight forward. He communicates really well and is eager to please clients. We set an appt for 2PM. He texted me at 11AM and said he could move it up to 12:00. He arrived at 12:00 on the dot. That is miraculous in this age of 6-hour windows. I needed to have installed: Smart Lock, Video Doorbell, Co2 detector, Smoke Detector, Leak Sensor and glass break sensor. These were being added to my existing security system. So, besides physical installation, they had to be integrated (even something as simple as smoke detector). The job went so smoothly that it was almost unnerving. No grumbling of how a part didn't fit or something wasn't going well. No calls to tech support or trips to the store. Aoun was ready for everything. Fabulous disposition and so helpful in showing me how everything worked. Took extra time to make sure it was working properly and that I understood it all. After nightmarish experiences with Best Buy and other installers whose customer service is in the other side of the world, it is fabulous to find a local company whose technical skill, pricing and customer service all get top marks!

Paid over $700 for that key, the genuine key from my dealership, with THE CORRECT programming for a key that actually worked was $500. They wouldn't issue a refund. Terrible company.
