Finding a jeweler who "gets" you can be a challenge. Jewelry can be very personal. I stopped in…read moreone day just to "window shop". Stephanie Weber spent likely an hour showing me a myriad of sparkly things, but also getting to know me. She is very intuitive and thoughtful in her words and suggestions. I didn't feel like I was being sold or pressured in any way, but was spending time with a new friend. My, now fiance, purchased my beautiful engagement/wedding ring from Stephanie. She helped take my very random thoughts and perusing into a suggestion for a ring which I am entirely in love with. More recently my sister and I have been back to EDC with our mother to create some new pieces from heirloom jewelry and stones. Stephanie continues to be amazing; Cody Pinnick as well. They have taken our ideas and pictures to create some beautiful sketches for our future designs. I've also had some things repaired here as well and the results have been great thus far. Having grown up with a family friend who is a jeweler, I'm always skeptical of "jewelry stores" and sales people. EDC has proved to be a very different and unique experience. I'm very pleased and happy to recommend them to people looking for a special jewelry experience.

The staff answered all my questions, I pointed to several shinny coins and asked how much, prices were in line with what I expected. I asked about bullion silver prices, seemed similar to other places. If you don't see it in the case, ask, they might have it, but it's not out. The place is small, so it's a little tight, if more than 2-3 people are in the coin area, but the have a nice place to sit while you wait.

I am genuinely shocked by how unprofessional this business is…read more I tried to buy an item from Belmont Coin & Jewelry. I emailed twice and called three times. When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with "we're busy" is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum -- and they completely failed. If you value your time or expect even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. What a mess.
