I dropped off the car after inspection got a phone call to go over the results. The thoroughness of the call made someone who isn't a car person understand what was going on with the car. I initially loved this shop, mainly due to the apparent kindness and courtesy of the front-desk…read morerep, Paul, and gave them a great review. Started using their repair services exclusively after January 2026. Great initially--but then I noticed several things. First, their initial really "quick" services began to take longer and longer the more I used them. Second, the repairs always seemed to either not last or generate a "new" repair. Third, repairs began to ALWAYS be approximately $1000 per visit--no matter what was wrong (different things with each car). When a last repair failed after just 10 days, resulting in my husband's older vehicle nearly overheating when their (plastic) NAPA part broke (again) and lost all its antifreeze, it took an exceeding long time to get them to replace it, and I learned why: they told me "other or new customers had made appointments" and they had to serve them first! So--a new customer was more important to them than an established customer -- especially when it was an under-warranty repair which would cost them money instead of making money. The final straw was when the vehicle was in for almost two weeks for alternator repair--and they ordered and put in two rebuilt alternators--neither of which worked. They told us they were having trouble finding an alternator for such an old vehicle (2005). Meanwhile, my husband had no vehicle to get to work. Since he'd been considering selling the vehicle anyway--even just for parts--and had gotten a quote to do so, I discussed with them what the cost for their labor ONLY thus far would be, as we were considering aborting the repair and having the vehicle towed to the place that had given us an offer on it. A price for just the labor thus far was given me on a Friday, and at that time I was told the vehicle STILL had had no work done on it (other than the removal of the parts necessary to get to the alternator) as they were still waiting on a third one. I left a message on their phone to TERMINATE the repair, that we just wanted to pay the labor, and to call me first thing Monday morning. When 8:30 am Monday arrived and they still had not called (they open at 8) I called them. Paul had not yet listened to the messages, but now he was very evasive as to whether the owner ("John") would ALLOW them to terminate repair (per my DIRECTIONS!) and just charge us the labor cost. He said he'd call. He didn't call till around noon--and NOW it's "We've got your car ready!" I said--"You mean you repaired it?" Paul "Yes, the alternator came in and we installed it." I said, "After I verbally and on your answering machine TOLD YOU TO SUSPEND THE REPAIR?" So instead of the much lower cost of labor-only, now we were on the hook (since they had gone ahead and DONE the repair, against my verbal instructions) I was on the hook to pay the full cost (another $1000+). I knew they had our written consent to the repair so legally they had me--even though ethically this was wrong as I'd TOLD THEM TO STOP. When we (finally) got the truck back, for the first time they left it in really bad shape--no grease-papers on the floor or seats so grease ALL OVER BOTH, plus they left a cover off a fuse area and the hood support rod was hanging loose instead of being fastened down--where it could have easily gotten into the fan or punctured a radiator hose. They also painted the hood of a truck I owned in the summer and re-attached some trim on the sides--and I noticed today the TRIM IS COMING OFF--after only a couple months! I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop any longer, as I have found them untrustworthy. I am going back to my previous repair shop, which serviced the very same vehicles for us for more than the past 10 years, and with whom we never had any of the above problems.

I've taken my vehicle in for the same repair FIVE times, and the issue was never corrected!…read more Luckily, I had insurance to assist me with the cost, but I still had to come out of my pocket for each visit. The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.

If you have a classic car, don't bother. While the guys here nicely tell you they can help, they…read moredon't explain anything they do to your car so you pick it up and you just hope for the best. They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.
