He printed and re-printed samples until it looked just right, and was so pleasant during the whole process. He really went out of his way to help me. I had to order it and told them I would like to have them put it together. Yesterday I got a call it was in and put together so my daughter and I went and got it. Last night I sat in it was going to get on the computer and the right arm was not tighten moves all over. I have never had so much trouble with getting a chair in my life. So got to deal with this today. I sure can't get it in the car to take it back so should be interesting.
