I recently took my sons Xbox to have it opened and have it thermal pasted as it was full of dust and animal hair and overheating from three years of use. They charged me $60 which I thought was relatively inexpensive which of course I liked however two days later the Xbox started overheating again. I found out from another computer repair shop the the Xbox had indeed never been opened as there is a sticker covering the screw which had they opened the Xbox would have been exposed but was not. Basically I was charged $60 to spray a can of air inside the Xbox causing the dust and hair to be even further embedded in the components of the console. From now on I will be driving my ass to Strongsville when I have needs for computer or console repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIR NEEDS! STEER CLEAR!! I think these people can fix anything. My laptop had developed an issue that even Microsoft had not been able to help me with.
