He printed and re-printed samples until it looked just right, and was so pleasant during the whole process. He really went out of his way to help me. When I got the chair home and sat in it did not sit the same as the one I sat in at the store. So took it back and picked out another one. Which was a better made chair and the cost was a lot higher. I had to order it and told them I would like to have them put it together. Yesterday I got a call it was in and put together so my daughter and I went and got it. Last night I sat in it was going to get on the computer and the right arm was not tighten moves all over. I have never had so much trouble with getting a chair in my life.
