I visited this Officemax to have some Orders of Service printed for a relative's memorial service, and to have some photo copies made as well. The store manager helped me "tweak" the program to adjust the spacing and turn out a really attractive looking product. He printed and re-printed samples until it looked just right, and was so pleasant during the whole process. He really went out of his way to help me. I got an computer chair there last week . Had them put it together since I know I could not do it myself. When I got the chair home and sat in it did not sit the same as the one I sat in at the store. So took it back and picked out another one. Which was a better made chair and the cost was a lot higher. I had to order it and told them I would like to have them put it together. Yesterday I got a call it was in and put together so my daughter and I went and got it. Last night I sat in it was going to get on the computer and the right arm was not tighten moves all over. I have never had so much trouble with getting a chair in my life. So got to deal with this today. I sure can't get it in the car to take it back so should be interesting. Well called them and they made it right for me and also gave the money back I payed to have the chair put together. read more

I just wanted to touch base with someone on my experience at your Office Max store @ 876 N Lexington-Springmill Rd, Mansfield, OH 44906 My wife and I went into your store to purchase some office supplies for our business and we arrived at your store at about 8:15 in the morning. We were trying to find some ink for our printer so we asked Amber for help. She was to busy on her phone and said she would get someone to help us. We stood for about ten minutes and no one came out to help. We were in a hurry, so we politely asked Amber to help us so we could purchase our supplies. She was very rude and said that we had to wait on someone that she could not help her. We asked to speak to a Manager and she told us that she was the Manager. We proceeded to ask for her upper level manager and she said that she was the Store Manager and there was no one above her. My wife claimed that she was going to call corporate an address the issue. Amber very rudely said that she has been with the company for over 10 years and they would not do anything to her. We will never shop at your store again. Very unproffesional service that we received. We left without making our purchase and went to Staples. They were professional and they received our $600.00 in Business. I am not asking for anything because we will never return back to that store. I just want someone to know so the next customer does not get treated the way we did. Thanks, Steve read more
