The store manager helped me "tweak" the program to adjust the spacing and turn out a really attractive looking product. He printed and re-printed samples until it looked just right, and was so pleasant during the whole process. He really went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend the printing services of this store and of the manager in particular.

I got an computer chair there last week . Had them put it together since I know I could not do it…read moremyself. When I got the chair home and sat in it did not sit the same as the one I sat in at the store. So took it back and picked out another one. Which was a better made chair and the cost was a lot higher. I had to order it and told them I would like to have them put it together. Yesterday I got a call it was in and put together so my daughter and I went and got it. Last night I sat in it was going to get on the computer and the right arm was not tighten moves all over. I have never had so much trouble with getting a chair in my life. So got to deal with this today. I sure can't get it in the car to take it back so should be interesting. Well called them and they made it right for me and also gave the money back I payed to have the chair put together.

Why you ask? I wonder too, as it seems like it should be a simple task. So we finally broke down and went into the store. They only have 2 windows open and yesterday, one woman took forever with several international shipping packages that were not ready. The other window still went slowly with unlabeled items to ship. By the time I completed my 30 second transaction and left the store, there was a backup of over 10 people waiting behind me. A couple of weeks ago on a Saturday, they were not open due to being understaffed. Many of the items I ship depend on Saturday Express Shipping and I had to drive to Ashland to make my delivery deadline. Recommendation: have an express window and if you are short staffed, the owner needs to work.

I had them design business cards, with some input from myself, that they absolutely knocked out of the water. The quality of the product was absolutely superb. Lastly: experience/customer service. They were extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. Worked hand-in-hand with me to assure I was involved and satisfied as a customer. Also, EXTREMELY POLITE, cordial, and well mannered.
