Well, I'll write a review while I'm waiting on my clothes to finish washing. Let me first say that…read morethis is my first review on Yelp, and I'm excited to start reviewing businesses, especially those in my local community. I'll start off by saying I don't know anything about washing clothes (that's your parents job, right?) After a night of partying and puking all over my bed, I thought it best to take the clothes and bed spread to a laundry mat, so I wouldn't have to tell my parents why there was puke all over my things. I always drive past this laundry mat, but have never been in which is why I chose to come here. The building is nicer than the other one I know of in town. Upon entering, I found the service desk. Since I had absolutely no idea what to do, I kindly asked the woman for assistance and told her what happened. Even though it really wasn't her job, she helped me pick out detergent and some bounce sheets. Then before washing the clothes, she looked at tags and helped me sort the different colors into two machines. She then helped me add the soap, choose the water temp, and start the machines. I even had a red shirt that couldn't be washed with the other colors, so she offered to hand wash it for me. By this point I felt bad because of all she had done for me The washers are just about done, so I'll finish up this review when I get out to my car... Well, we got the clothes out of the washer, put them into the dryers, and now all my things are clean and smell great! I'm glad she was there to help with the dryers too because I have a bed cover containing plastic that would have been ruined if I put it in the dryer with heat. The service here was beyond courteous, and the woman was extremely helpful! I like that she didn't just do the laundry for me, but she actually took the time to explain what to do for next time. I hope I never have to do this again under the same circumstances, but if I do then I know I'll be coming back here!

They closed early and laughter at us as they drive off with out laundry locked inside. Would give zero stars if it was possible!…read more Never again! After 30 years of bringing them all my drycleaning I am done with this business. The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.

I want to provide feedback on our experience this morning with Cardinal Rentals in Ontario, Ohio…read more We went to look at zero turn mowers and worked with Erik. The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service. We will absolutely recommend this Cardinal Rental location to everyone!

It is a 24 hour rental so if you rent from them be prepared to spend the same if it is 2 hours, which is what mine was, or 24 hours. They are nice, polite but still a rip to the average joe who needs something for an hour or two. I paid $322 to use a lift. I picked it up at 10 AM and had it back before noon. Live and learn. Even if I was given a $100 discount that would have been reasonable. I still would have paid over $100 per hour.
