The problem is that two of the items we specifically mentioned as needing to go, a large water heater and some old windows, got left behind. We recently switched to a minivan from a truck and cannot haul junk ourselves anymore. That's why we hired them. When we realized these had been left, we tried contacting them. We have tried multiple times to get hold of them to discuss this before paying their invoice. The only response we have gotten is a new copy of the invoice. I am hoping that a negative review will achieve what calling and texting has not. We would really like to get this issue resolved, pay their bill, and tie this up.
