We were able to stack the washer and dryer on our own, but then the pipes wouldn't fit. After a very frustrating 30 minutes at Home Depot trying to figure out the parts we needed to no avail, I messaged Appliance Solutions before we left the parking lot. He was extremely kind, affordable, and very communicative. We will definitely be hiring him for any future appliance needs.

We were able to get a next-day cancellation when our AC stopped working during this record-breaking heatwave in San Diego. Service fee is on par with many other companies ($89). Vlad texted when he was on his way, and we were impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. He patiently answered all my questions, and importantly, he is trustworthy. Our AC is 15+ years old, but instead of pushing us to install a new AC, Vlad told us to ride it out until it dies before we get a new one. He has earned a repeat customer, and we recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work. They are a small business who clearly take pride in their work and want to do things the right way. So glad we found them!

Since this is an older model, he didn't have the correct part in his van. Anthony was excited to see our other vintage appliances, an O'Keefe & Merritt range and oven. He trained on these; it's great to know that there is someone with experience on a variety of makes, models, and eras.
