The guy came out to inspect the damage and he was very nice. The lady at the counter was informative and pleasant. They constantly provided us with updates throughout the process. Our vehicle was done before the promised date. When we arrived it was clean and looked as if nothing happened!! Would recommend. Can't comment on the value because our insurance covered the cost (minus the deductible). Oh and the office was clean, smelled good, and has free water and coffee in their nice waiting area. Had my truck fixed from a front impact that messed with the alignment and some painting needed to be done on the bumper, paint was ok but when I got it back I noticed a clunk noise coming from the front, took it back and the guy told me that it was not from the accident that it was from the rear springs, I took it to my my local mechanic frank, he showed me what it was so I took it back to them and they told me again that it wasn't from the crash, (by the way the rim was what took most of the impact enough that it had to be sanded and painted again) I then took it to Salinas tires and they tighten all the loose bolts and did a alignment problem solved, this could have been dangerous specially because I use it to drive my kids around. read more

I do not recommend this place. They charged my insurance for parts that they did not even installed. I tried talking to them but nobody got back to me. It took close to 4 months for them to have my truck ready. Every time I would call to check the stutus of the repair they were rude. Communication was horrible, needs improvement in their customer service skills. When my car was finally ready the office just gave me the keys , and did not even bothered to come out to tell me where my truck was and to show me there final work. I found Fix Auto on Yelp. I requested a quote through the app and someone from their team got back to me super quick. I set up an appointment for an estimate to have my car repaired. The facility seems fairly new and it was very clean. Brandon at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Fernando looked at my car and gave me the estimate. I dropped off my car on Monday morning and picked it up Thursday evening, washed and waxed!! (They even cleaned the inside for me as well, which was so appreciated!) Definitely definitely recommend this body shop located on Washington blvd in Whittier! I was looking for a place to fix up my car and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Fernando was the gentleman who helped me out and made the process so easy but never once made me feel like he was overcharging me and was able to get my car back to me in about 4 days in addition to a week waiting for the parts to arrive so they could get started. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Fernando will look you right in the face and lie. What was estimated to be a two, three week job "max", turned out to be a three month ordeal. They had my car hostage. All parts and material was to be ordered before my vehicle was even dropped off. There are too many body shops in our area to put up with this sort of behavior. Amazing service! I called at 5:30pm tonight (a Friday), because my car window motor broke and the window was down. I explained I am getting rid of this car soon and don't want to put any more money into it, so just want to pay for labor to lock the window in place, rather than order a new motor. He said to bring it in right away, which was a pleasant surprise. I waited in the cleanest, most comfortable lobby I've ever seen in a repair shop. They even had a pumpkin candle burning, nice coffee station and complimentary chilled beverages. To my surprise, the repair was free of charge! I was ready to pay another shop $50-$90 on Monday. It has been the worst experience I have had. My car was hit parked on the street, my insurance recommended this shop due to "high ratings ". My car sat in this shop for almost a month without anyone working on it or sending any estimates to my insurance. I called them week three of not hearing anything from my car. I expressed that i needed an update soon because my rental provided by my insurance was going to start charging me. I was told that an estimate had been sent "the day before ", but that my car was already getting worked on and it had been pulled apart. I let another week go by before calling for another update, when I contacted them again requesting an update they weren't able to give me one and was told they would call me. I never received a call back, I finally decided to call my insurance. They notified me that this shop had not submitted all estimates and the estimate they were providing exceeded my coverage and it would probably be considered a total loss. I understand that the outcome is not the shop's fault however this couldve been resolved in less than a month if they would've properly communicated. When I went to pick up my belongings from my car, the only item that had been "worked " on was the bumper. They had removed it but that was it. This shop needs to improve in their communication skills and taking accountability for their lack of service. read more
