I called this business to see if they could help me. They don't do sunroofs, but I explained that I just needed it covered up as I still had almost 2 hours of driving to go in the rain. They understood my dilemma and told me to come in. They broke out the rest of the glass, cleaned it up, and taped down some heavy black plastic. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. That fix has held up beautifully for 2 weeks now. Clearly, this guy has no future as a cable company installer. Dude was early ... and cool ... and only there less than an hour. My windshield was replaced and Auto Glass Services handled all the paperwork (aka headaches) with the insurance company. By the way, windshields are getting a LOT more expensive and HI-TECH, but F.B. handled it like a pro ... which I guess is fitting since it's his job and all. Summary: Friendly ... actually hands-down cool ... quick ... professional ... nothing to complain about ... except dude was early. In no time, I got on with my day with a crack-free new windshield.

We stopped at another mechanic, they weren't there anymore but online wasn't updated, then another one who couldn't fit us in and finally Paco's. He immediately got to diagnosing the issue. Despite having several clients booked the following day he fit us in. The job took the better part of the day and he got us on the road again with extremely fair pricing. Thanks to Paco and his team we reloaded the mountain bikes, kayak and all the family junk and got back on the road to finish off our vacation. My only complaint is that we don't have him at home. I went online to research and saw right off you need a particular code reader (OBD2) for the ford truck. I purchased one and two days later read over 20 codes on my truck. I ended up spending over $4k because after diagnoses from a diesel shop near Portland found contaminated fuel, bad and two sensors. These guys don't know jack about diesels or they are scammers.

My girlfriend & I ended up here after searching everywhere on Labor Day for a tire shop. I had a…read moreflat, indicating something had pierced my tire. I was able to get the spare on, but apparently the gentleman that assisted me at the site I came from put it on wrong!!!!! The older gentleman at Ortigoza educated me & even said I would've been better off putting it on myself lol. Him, and I presume his sons, were able to get the spare off, located a piece of metal in my tire, removed it, patched it up, and put my original tire back on!! The price was very reasonable, as well. They really saved our lives that morning. Muchos gracias!!!!
