When I moved to Portland I drove 100mi to AAG to replace a windshield. 5 yrs later I lived in Seattle area and drove 300mi to AAG for glass replacement. You can trust this place, they do great work at a fare price, Now I'm back in Wasco. They go 110% to please the customer. They got my car in at 7 before they opened for business with a coffee cup in hand and smiles on his face.

I just want to take a minute to tell everyone how appreciative myself and my family are for Kevin…read more Over the past few years, Kevin has been a HUGE help coming out to our house and replacing the cracked windshields on both of our cars, always showing up on time and completing the work quickly and professionally. Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! Best part, when I went to pay Kevin for his time and effort to come to us, he said we owed nothing and that he was just glad to know that he was taking care of his customers no matter what the issue is! Had a silver dollar size hole created by a on coming vehicle kicking something onto my windshield…read morecausing the damage. I called Ron Tonkin GMC dealer in The Dalles. They said they don't do the glass work but they referred me to the company they use, Advanced Auto Glass. I called Advanced Auto Glass and they had my windshield in stock, and asked if i could be at the shop on 10th street as soon as they open the next morning after my glass was broken. I arrived at 8 am, and the glass installer was immediately preparing the vehicle for glass replacement. They even had a upgraded glass in my replacement. My old windshield was original GM glass, but wasnt tinted at the sun visor area, the one they stocked was tinted. With the quality of workmanship, by carefully removing all trims and hood covers to access the raw frame the windshield set to, and carefully replacing it all back, when the install was done, it looked great and they wiped all surfaces and vacuumed up any old glass that was on dash and floor board frim the incident. I would recommend calling them, and letting your insurance know you would want this company. They worked with me, and on short notice. Thanks to everyone there!

Clearly, this guy has no future as a cable company installer. Dude was early ... and cool ... and only there less than an hour. My windshield was replaced and Auto Glass Services handled all the paperwork (aka headaches) with the insurance company. By the way, windshields are getting a LOT more expensive and HI-TECH, but F.B. handled it like a pro ... which I guess is fitting since it's his job and all. Summary: Friendly ... actually hands-down cool ... quick ... professional ... nothing to complain about ... except dude was early. In no time, I got on with my day with a crack-free new windshield.

In fact when I compare Stanton to Camping world I give Camping World. Negative 5 and Stanton TEN star rating. Camping World makes these guys look like saints and vice versa. My most charitable guess is that you came to my house when I wasn't home, without contacting me first, and saw a 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser project sitting by my shop and somehow could not tell the difference between the two cars and still wouldn't call or ask any questions. If you answered your phone or called anyone back this could have been sorted out in 2 minutes! This has been a ridiculously frustrating experience and very unprofessional behavior. I called him to sort it out and he cussed and yelled at me and wouldn't listen to a thing I said. This was shockingly horrible behavior.
