I bring my car to the shop to have it checked out and am basically belittled for requesting a repair for such a small "non-genuine complaint". Owen proceeds to point at other stone chips on my 16 year old car, asking "is it really a big deal dude?". It is to me. Judging by the orange peel on the other car inside at my time of visit I won't be going back. This is repainting 101, come on.
