I call a few times, email twice, call once more and finally get an answer. I bring my car to the shop to have it checked out and am basically belittled for requesting a repair for such a small "non-genuine complaint". Owen proceeds to point at other stone chips on my 16 year old car, asking "is it really a big deal dude?". It is to me. Judging by the orange peel on the other car inside at my time of visit I won't be going back. This is repainting 101, come on.

The estimate was astronomical, with repairs on areas not damaged, add-ons for numerous items not affected such as recalibrating a number of sensors, resetting all the airbags, front end alignment, frame straightening -- to name a few (I had grazed a concrete pillar in my underground parking garage, which they knew). i went to Car Fixers based on reviews.
