I had just purchased this car (my dream car) 5 months ago so I was devastated something had happened to it. I didn't know anyone personally who had used an auto body shop before so after looking through some reviews I took a chance on Northdale Auto. Every little thing, from their quick communication via email to their pleasant disposition, friendly smiles and welcoming environment made me so comfortable with choosing them. I just picked up my vehicle after they had it for a week and it feels brand new like I just bought it! Besides the required work, they detailed it inside and out. They made sure to do a walk-around with me, to ensure I was confident and pleased with the work they did. Even did an extra polish over one area and had a tech shine the tires and rims right before I got back in. I am SO extremely happy I chose Northdale Auto! The experience has been nothing short from amazing. I will recommend to any one needing or wanting work done - you can even trust them with your dream car! Special thanks to Dan for being so kind and welcoming, this is truly a 5 star shop.

The door replacement and painting is flawless. I had them do an additional repair to my bumper that was not covered under insurance. Having worked in the insurance industry for 35+ years and dealing with many shops, I would highly recommend Carstar to anyone looking for excellent service and repairs at reasonable pricing.
