They dry fresh paint outdoors with dust and rain. They apply paint on dirt, so it is impossible to wash afterwards. They spray paint on windows and mirrors adjacent to the areas that need to be painted. They sand the areas of the car that don't need to be fixed and then they say "I didn't do it! It was like this when you brought it!" No communication, you never know if the car is going to be ready when they say to come pick it up. And they give you their business cards so you can tell your friends what a good job they do! Man, if you think this is a good job, what does it say about your standards?

Initially, I visited another glass repair shop, but when I came to Titan Glass for a second opinion, I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive they were to my concerns about being without my car. They were very competitive with pricing and worked with my schedule to fit in an appointment. They even offered to adjust the calibration for my vehicle's self-driving feature.
