When I picked it up, I noticed that the edges of the door had not been painted properly. After I brought this to their attention, I was told there were no available slots and was booked for a follow-up appointment a week later. On the day of the second appointment, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and was provided with a rental car. When I returned in the evening, I was shocked to see that the repair appeared to have been done with a manual brush rather than being professionally refinished. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They acknowledged the issue and scheduled yet another appointment for the second week of June. For the third visit, I was again given a rental vehicle and told the repair would only take a couple of hours. Around 3:30 PM, I called to check the status and was told the vehicle would be ready by 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was informed that the work had not even been completed. I had to leave without my vehicle and was later told it would be ready the following day at noon. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the paint work was still not up to an acceptable standard. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of any quality assurance or final inspection process before vehicles are returned to customers. Had someone properly inspected the work, these issues should have been identified and corrected before delivery. I was also disappointed with the communication and overall management of my repair. The representative handling my vehicle never clearly explained why the work needed to be redone multiple times or why the promised completion times were missed. After multiple appointments, repeated inconvenience, and several opportunities to correct the issue, I am still not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and unprofessional customer service.

I found Richard through Google, and based on the stories and reviews that I found I decided to call him. He sounded very good on the phone and I drove to Mississauga all the way from Woodbridge to have him look at it. Richard is very particular about colors and very specific about what he can and cannot do in terms of fixes. After spending some time talking to him about the problem and what solution he proposed, I decided to go with his estimate. The turnaround time was very quick, it took about two and a half days to get the car out the door. The results are excellent, he was able to match the paint really well, including the pearl aspects of it, the metallic layer, the various particle sizes of metallic, even the particular shade of that panel in relation to the general paint code for the car. The clear coat was nicely blended in with the rest of the panel. Despite the fact that this bumper has a lot of compound curves, Richard was able to bring back the shape to exactly what it looked like originally. Even though the dent doesn't look that big it was quite serious and had deformed the bumper. It looks like new now. Please see the pictures and you can judge for yourself
