I had collision damage to a rear door and part of a quarter panel on my Lexus ES 300h. The insurance company recommended a repair place in London (their first name is also "Car"). The estimate was astronomical, with repairs on areas not damaged, add-ons for numerous items not affected such as recalibrating a number of sensors, resetting all the airbags, front end alignment, frame straightening -- to name a few (I had grazed a concrete pillar in my underground parking garage, which they knew). i went to Car Fixers based on reviews. Their estimate was just over 1/4 of the other guy's!!! The work done was exceptional. The finish is even smoother than the original Lexus factory finish. I'm glad I went to google to find carfixers. I had three quotes in total. One was almost three times the cost. They wanted to paint my front bumper just to repair my door. Made no sense. Another quote was really cheap but they had no idea what needed to be done. Then I listened to google ratings when I saw Carfixers. Great price, great work! Adam is a nice guy like everyone says. These guys did a great job on the body work on my car. I dropped around early in the week and got an estimate in about 10 minutes both for the cost (very reasonable) and the time. They were able to fit me into their schedule the following. When, after taking off the damaged parts, they found some additional damage, they let me know immediately and fixed that for an even more reasonable price. They got the work done in very little time, the repairs (and paint job) were impeccable, and they detailed the car, too boot. I can't say enough good about Car Fixers. read more

I must admit I don't normally partake in business reviews, however, in this case I would be remiss otherwise. I brought my van to Car Fixers as a result of a traffic accident and met with Adam the owner. From the beginning, Adam displayed a genuine concern for ensuring all my questions were answered and kept assuring me my van would be repaired to my complete satisfaction. I picked up my van today which was the 1 week duration Adam said he would require to complete the work. After looking at my before pictures and the final result, Adam certainly didn't disappoint. Not only was the damage repaired to exceptional standards but the van was detailed inside and out. For those of you who may remain 'skeptical' of this review, perhaps suggesting I am a dear friend or relative of Adam, I can assure you I am neither. I am writing this review with complete and utter regard to a job well done and applaud Adam with his outstanding customer service skills and workmanship. For those of you who watch TV programs such as W5, Market Place, you will realize the auto body industry has been given a 'bad wrap' because of a handful of business owners who were shown to be less than honest and operated under scrupulous intentions.
