I was told good things about this company, and they have done nothing but really upset me. They've had my car for over a month, and have given me 3 different completion days. Today alone I have been given 3 different times and I am still waiting to hear when my car will be ready. They are not at all fast and it doesn't seem like they care if you need your car back quickly. Not everyone has the money to spend on a car rental. Even my insurance company has told them to speed things along. I really don't recommend anyone using them. Not unless you don't mind waiting a month to get your vehicle back. Oh and one last thing, don't leave anything in your car...they won't let you come and get it until the car is completed.

They replace my wife's subaru windshield 2 years ago, the work was good. They use glass direct from the manufacture like "pinkerton" which makes glass from a number of car companies which is fine. They have a clean and organized shop. Today I have the front windshield in my BMW replaced, they were less than half the price of the dealership and dealt with complications like autosensing rain sensor without issues.

It took two days to get the part just for it to be the wrong one. When I called the local dealership to get the part, I informed Mike but he told me it was the wrong one, refused to give me the part number and said they "go by the picture now". Was also told my battery (which was perfectly fine before I brought it in) needed to be replaced. I ended up having to purchase and install the light and battery myself just to get my certification on time which almost made me lose the sale of my vehicle. Never going back.

I always did my own car cleaning but from now on at least annually I will be dropping my car to those guys to make it new again.

We had booked for a Bronze cleaning but Roberto, the manager, encouraged us to upgrade to a Silver one. We agreed and decided to leave our SUV overnight (as it now needed a four hour window of cleaning time) with the understanding that it would be finished by 10:00 am the next morning. At the agreed upon hour, we arrived to find our vehicle currently being worked on in the bay. This was extremely frustrating as we had somewhere we needed to be. Roberto apologized for the night shift's incompetence and put all hands on deck. It got completed in 20 minutes. We were also given $20.00 off for the inconvenience - but - I would have expected no less given the circumstances. On the positive side, our five year old CRV Honda looks basically brand new again and we are very, very happy with the results.
