I had been referred to this shop through State Farm and I am very glad I brought it here! I had been hit out of state and also have an out of state license but the process here was easy-breezy. Scheduling an appointment was super easy through their website and communication is transparent; They text to provide updates on your vehicle until it is ready to be picked up. I had brought my car to another body shop before Fix Auto however they were unable to concisely answer any questions I had regarding how they'd take care of my car through my insurance, parts, etc. But Fix Auto was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the steps they'd take to talk to my insurance and the process of them fixing my car. I had been hit on the rear left side and the repairs look great. They had stated it was almost a total loss but after a week in the shop, you can't tell I was ever in an accident! Recently got into an accident while I was driving back from the LA area and my car ended up being rear ended badly by the other party involved. The damage was pretty bad that it required the whole bumper to be exchanged and have a new one put in. After bringing my car into multiple shops in the SGV and in LA, I made the decision to stick with this company as a lot of my friends have referred this place. When I arrived at the shop, I was helped quickly and the workers seemed very knowledgeable about the repair. Other shops that I've been to would often try to trick me as they know I know nothing about cars to get more $$ out of me but the guys here were so kind and didn't let me in the dark like other body shops I've been to! When I got my car back, the paint looked as if it was a brand new car and as if nothing ever happened to it!! I went to Hello Auto Body shop which is far enough away from me but they have a towing service included in the service! But I had only a small dent in my bumper and went to a different repair shop where the guy tried to make me pay a lot for a minor dent. It was almost double what Hello suggested. I heard about Hello and their reasonable rates - they don't want to rip you off. My brother was so spot on. So I came to Hello and everybody was friendly. I was able to get it fixed within a day and this is definitely the place I'd go back to if I ever need anything for my car. I only knew about this place because it's was my second time being taken care of by them. I only came back to Hello because they were so great with quality and customer service the first time. I've never had such a horrible experience. I came in for a simple bumper scratch that every shop estimated the job would take 2-3 days max. I went with this shop since it was cheap and now I know why. They took 5 days, on the day they told me to pick the car up they said it wasn't ready so they wanted 6 days ?! I took time off work and am paying rental and the manager told me the car was finished but in a different lot. They didn't even bother to get it ! Just told me to come the next day for their mistake. Then I drive off annoyed and they call me half way through my commute that my car was ready and to come back. Really? Told me to bring cash to pay without telling me the amount when I asked three times. I come to the shop and I'm the only one here. Been an hour and still no car. TI'll be taking my shop to a higher quality shop next time.. (factoring in wasted wage and rental car price lost). So I got a quote from Christina, after sending text message pictures of my VIN, and damages. Once you decide to go with them, they send you a quote by email, but they don't stop there. Even before I get to the shop, Jimmy started checking to see if there were aftermarket parts available, to help keep prices low. When I went in, he indicated that he can probably go even lower than his initial estimate. What amazing service! Once they got my car, they were really good about taking great care of me. We hadn't even talked about it, but they saw that my damaged window was tinted, so they went ahead and took care of that too, without even charging for more! The only drawback is that they're open Mon/Wed/Friday for now, but that's a COVID thing. I'm glad they stayed open, and were an option to choose from. If it makes a difference, I usually went in early to drop off and pick up my car, so I could get to work earlier. This place is what I refer to as "topnotch"!! Super job on repairing the rear of my Mercedes. I just want to thank Eddie and Jimmy as I've never felt so welcome in a car repair place before. This place is not a big chain with loads of paperwork and bad service. They're a family owned business and really take care of you. When you walk in the office you're greeted with respect and a whole lot of attention! The estimator was thorough and knew what he was doing which I appreciated and I felt that he was with a whole lot of integrity. After my personal experience, I would have to say this is the very best auto body shop in town. They ended up doing $7K of auto body repair on my Lexus about 1 year or so. Most of my friends said i wasn't in my right mind for taking it back to them instead of getting a new one. But they're quality is too great! Their craftmanship is excellent, they are also highly reasonable when it comes to price. Jimmy, who took care the whole job and making sure that the car out to get my tires fixed, was good to me by providing OEM parts without extra charge even if my insurance was about aftermarket parts. They cleaned up pretty major problem areas, at no charge to me. What else can I ask for? My Lexus was given to me in better shape than when it was brought to them after my accident! Matter of fact, it was given to me even before they said it would be given...the Paint on the a door took out all the key scratches and dings, they then did more painting up on the other door, not to mention my rear bumper again for nothing. I've used this auto body repair shop before and I'll continue to use them for years to come as long as they're open. There's no other way to put it but that their work is great. The seams of adjacent panels are just like when I first bought my car. They can handle my regular cars and for my luxury car. When they say their prices are affordable and fair, they are absolutely telling the truth. The truth is that their prices are on the lower end and their quality isn't compromised. And without fail, they always make their appointments and deadlines an important factor. And they have been candid about some things would take extra days but they told me that upfront, and they don't hide anything. They also give choices on how much longer it would take for certain luxury cars and I like that because I can choose how long my car would be in the shop. The shop seems like they are not a big chain and they're down to earth. But they have nothing but real professionals taking care of the repair shop. I could have chosen any place to get my car fixed but my brother had his car fixed by Hello Auto Body and was super pleased with their work and how fast they worked. Plus they were very affordable. I was told that they have their own car rental service and can come to me and they were open on Saturdays. It sounded perfectly fine for me so after I dropped of my car it took one week to fix. I couldn't have expected such amazing customer service from this auto body repair place! I took my Kia Forte for body work after i got rear ended, yet again. I actually showed up without booking an appointment on Wednesday just before closing time. I know what a pain i can be. Yet they took my car in happily and friendly. They called me on Friday to let me know what the situation was with the insurance company. They explained how long the expectations would be to fix my car. Allstate said they should repair my back end and bumper but Hello Auto insisted that they replace the parts. And the Insurance company gave in to their professional advice. My car was done excellently only 5 days which was faster than I thought! I personally have never experienced great work in such a short period of time. A new staff member helped me out when I came in with my car. He actually did a pretty nice job on my damaged front side. My car is relatively low toward the ground so when I go over bumps on the road, sometimes the bottom hits the bottom of my car in the front and around the middle. He made sure to do a good job repairing the fenders in the front and also made sure the bottom was fixed up. So they made everything look as if my car was as good as new. This is the truth. Yelp helped me greatly and so did my lawyer for referring me to Hello Auto Body. It's unthinkable how someone else's stupidity can cause so much headache for another person like me. My car was slammed by a speeding jerk who made a quick left turn without pausing to a straight going car on the other side. The guy rammed me on the left side of the front side of my car. My precious first car, my darling baby had the whole front side broken. It was tragic. It didn't matter how much I would have to spend to get it back the way it was pre-collision state. However, Mercury which was the carrier insurance of the person at fault, and the adjuster was the worst to deal with. They lowballed me on in every way possible. I called my lawyer and he referred me Hello Auto Body explaining that they were a full service auto body shop and I can use any shop to fix my car. As usual I went to Yelp and listen to the community and people who've experienced a particular place before I actually go and give them my business.
