Great service !!! Highly recommended !! Fixed my rear door in only 2 weeks and looks like new !! Amazing auto shop !! read more

I had been referred to this shop through State Farm and I am very glad I brought it here! I had been hit out of state and also have an out of state license but the process here was easy-breezy. Scheduling an appointment was super easy through their website and communication is transparent; They text to provide updates on your vehicle until it is ready to be picked up. I had brought my car to another body shop before Fix Auto however they were unable to concisely answer any questions I had regarding how they'd take care of my car through my insurance, parts, etc. But Fix Auto was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the steps they'd take to talk to my insurance and the process of them fixing my car. I had been hit on the rear left side and the repairs look great. They had stated it was almost a total loss but after a week in the shop, you can't tell I was ever in an accident! Personable yet professional. I'd gladly bring my car back here if I need any repairs in the future! read more

Recently got into an accident while I was driving back from the LA area and my car ended up being rear ended badly by the other party involved. The damage was pretty bad that it required the whole bumper to be exchanged and have a new one put in. After bringing my car into multiple shops in the SGV and in LA, I made the decision to stick with this company as a lot of my friends have referred this place. When I arrived at the shop, I was helped quickly and the workers seemed very knowledgeable about the repair. Other shops that I've been to would often try to trick me as they know I know nothing about cars to get more $$ out of me but the guys here were so kind and didn't let me in the dark like other body shops I've been to! When I got my car back, the paint looked as if it was a brand new car and as if nothing ever happened to it!! Will definitely be sticking with Hello Auto Body Repair for all my future needs down the road and will recommend this place to all my family and friends!! Though it is a far drive from where I reside, the service provided and repair done for my car was worth every mile of the drive here. read more

I went to Hello Auto Body shop which is far enough away from me but they have a towing service included in the service! But I had only a small dent in my bumper and went to a different repair shop where the guy tried to make me pay a lot for a minor dent. It was almost double what Hello suggested. I heard about Hello and their reasonable rates - they don't want to rip you off. My brother was so spot on. So I came to Hello and everybody was friendly. I was able to get it fixed within a day and this is definitely the place I'd go back to if I ever need anything for my car. And I'll be referring everyone I know for taking care of me so quickly and so nicely. 5 stars from me! read more

DJ was incredible! Some buffoon hit my Prius on the freeway and Fix Auto was an authorized shop through State Farm. Process couldn't be easier. DJ streamlined everything and took really good care of us. Will be our go-to body shop in the future. Thank you DJ and team for superb customer service, workmanship and price. read more

My dad's car was rear ended on a stop and go traffic on the freeway and we ended up taking his car to Hello Auto due to our lawyer's recommendation. And just as expected everyone was simply super professional and polite and gave us a quote immediately that seemed very fair. It was at the very least super great that they can work with both our insurance and the insurance from the person who hit us. Hello Auto consistently called me through every major stage of the way and had our car ready in timely manner and just came through. My family was so impressed with their entire service and the work they did, and they detailed my car! We're all satisfied with Hello and especially their customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to definitely use them again! read more

I recently got in an accident and my attorney told me about Hello Auto and what they'd do for me. So I brought my car to this auto body shop. My attorney highly recommended them and told me that they'd treat me great. Turns out that everyone at Hello is extremely personable and patient. They were great about picking up my car and I didn't even have to leave my house as they brought a rental car to me. And they were amazing because there isn't a repair that they can't fix. I would recommend this place and their services to anyone who is looking for an honest repair shop and if you want to be treated with respect. They repaired my car so fast and on time for the duration they told me they would do it. The account manager and Eddie helped even when my tire was a little flat so they pay attention to details! Bottomline? Great service and great people. read more

Hello Auto Body Shop is without a doubt by far the best service and repair I have ever received at a collision repair shop. I only knew about this place because it's was my second time being taken care of by them. I only came back to Hello because they were so great with quality and customer service the first time. I didn't expect them to outdo themselves from the first time but they in fact did! Every single person there is courteous and professional. The service is just unrivaled, and they can be done with your car within a day or so. Mine was done in 3 because of the collision to my rear bumper was pretty serious. They worked very well with my insurance and the repair work is hands down the best quality. They deserve my 5 star rating. The cool thing is that I don't have to live in the area to get picked up and get a rental as they have a car rental service! How cool is that? read more

Since Hello Auto Body opened I've been using them exclusively and for good reasons. Pricing is always lower than I expect it to be, and they always repair my cars quicker than I expect so why wouldn't I keep using them. The job they do is about perfect as they come. Jimmy went above and beyond the last time I used them. They always keep me in the loop and constant contact is a good thing too as well contacting my Insurance company which made the whole experience a pleasant one. I want to thank Hello Auto Body for your extra superior service and quality. It's so nice working with the kind of people who focus on customer service and Support and genuinely care. Thank you, Hello Auto Body! read more

I've never had such a horrible experience. I came in for a simple bumper scratch that every shop estimated the job would take 2-3 days max. I went with this shop since it was cheap and now I know why. They took 5 days, on the day they told me to pick the car up they said it wasn't ready so they wanted 6 days ?! I took time off work and am paying rental and the manager told me the car was finished but in a different lot. They didn't even bother to get it ! Just told me to come the next day for their mistake. Then I drive off annoyed and they call me half way through my commute that my car was ready and to come back. Really? Told me to bring cash to pay without telling me the amount when I asked three times. I come to the shop and I'm the only one here. Been an hour and still no car. TI'll be taking my shop to a higher quality shop next time.. (factoring in wasted wage and rental car price lost). Update - found out they disconnected my dash cam while repairing and messed up my wiring for my back came 3 stars since they were still apologetic read more

So I got a quote from Christina, after sending text message pictures of my VIN, and damages. Once you decide to go with them, they send you a quote by email, but they don't stop there. Even before I get to the shop, Jimmy started checking to see if there were aftermarket parts available, to help keep prices low. When I went in, he indicated that he can probably go even lower than his initial estimate. What amazing service! Once they got my car, they were really good about taking great care of me. We hadn't even talked about it, but they saw that my damaged window was tinted, so they went ahead and took care of that too, without even charging for more! The only drawback is that they're open Mon/Wed/Friday for now, but that's a COVID thing. I'm glad they stayed open, and were an option to choose from. If it makes a difference, I usually went in early to drop off and pick up my car, so I could get to work earlier. Jimmy was always there taking care of other things, but he always jumped right out to help. read more

I took my time to look at 5 body shops for my car repair and went with Hello Auto Inc because my friend told me how they treat their customers from the moment you walk in. You can tell this is a priority for this shop. They did NOT fail to meet the timeframe they told me. I found out that they started my car the day I dropped it off and that made me grateful. There was no lack of communication so I was happy because we were leaving on a family trip and I needed my car back in time. I even got to talk to the owner Eddie and he made sure his people gave me a status update and made sure I got my car in time for the trip. To me this is the true testament of a great business. It's good to not have to face problems with a car repair shop when you need your car. I have the utmost respect for Eddie and the way he made things happen. I would highly recommend Hello Auto Inc. as they deliver on the initial commitment they make! read more

This place is what I refer to as "topnotch"!! Super job on repairing the rear of my Mercedes. I just want to thank Eddie and Jimmy as I've never felt so welcome in a car repair place before. This place is not a big chain with loads of paperwork and bad service. They're a family owned business and really take care of you. When you walk in the office you're greeted with respect and a whole lot of attention! The estimator was thorough and knew what he was doing which I appreciated and I felt that he was with a whole lot of integrity. They even have a car rental service right there at the shop so it makes it very easy for you. They also do a really excellent job working through all the paperwork. I would most definitely comeback to this place but I hope I don't ever need to, no offense! I don't know if they know this but when I got my car back it almost felt like I was getting an Christmas gift!! read more

So first off let me tell you what happened I was coming out of the parking garage and the garage door came down on my g-wagon. and got scratch so hard that I almost cried I heard of hello auto from a friend and thought maybe they could fix it up. I went to different places in Koreatown and hello auto was actually half the price out of all the other places. They were super nice and courteous and took care of everything with in a couple days! I have a somewhat luxury car and I was skeptical but I would trust them again! Fast, reasonable price and a amazing vibe. Thank you so much! read more

First of all, I really appreciated the staff's service and how they explained all the process thoroughly throughout the repair. I was informed through their automated text system, which I thought was very convenient. And the way my car turned out after the repair was very clean and well-fixed. I highly recommend this shop and appreciate their service. read more

After my personal experience, I would have to say this is the very best auto body shop in town. They ended up doing $7K of auto body repair on my Lexus about 1 year or so. Most of my friends said i wasn't in my right mind for taking it back to them instead of getting a new one. But they're quality is too great! Their craftmanship is excellent, they are also highly reasonable when it comes to price. Jimmy, who took care the whole job and making sure that the car out to get my tires fixed, was good to me by providing OEM parts without extra charge even if my insurance was about aftermarket parts. They cleaned up pretty major problem areas, at no charge to me. What else can I ask for? My Lexus was given to me in better shape than when it was brought to them after my accident! Matter of fact, it was given to me even before they said it would be given...the Paint on the a door took out all the key scratches and dings, they then did more painting up on the other door, not to mention my rear bumper again for nothing. Really great shop they are and I would recommend them to everyone. read more

I initially went with a friend who owns a body shop but I have to admit that it was looking terrible so I decided to ask around and did a lot of research for another one. My car was victimized by vandalism and it was a mess. But I must admit that once I took it in to Hello Auto Body it looked as if it just came off the assembly line! I'm thoroughly happy with the quality of work they did and they were really good people as the price was very fair. I did a lot of comparisons and shopping around for body shops and it's my true and honest opinion they are the only place that provides such quality work and at a really fair price. I really appreciate this place! read more

Hello Auto Inc. was referred to me by my personally injury lawyer who I trust. I was justifiably a bit skeptical at first as I usually like get my work done by the dealership for all types of services or and car repairs but it turns out that dealerships outsource the repairs to partners like this place. Most of them do that now I understand. And my experience was that Hello actually took better care of me than any other dealership. They were really that great to me and my car. They can give you updates of pictures of the advancements made and keep you updated which was very special to me. And as for their communication it was just amazing. So my experience with their service and quality of service is outstanding. The entire staff was just great to work with and I liked that they worked directly with my insurance company. I have no doubts now and would come back this place if I ever needed to without hesitation. read more

I'm writing this Yelp review about a week after I picked up my car repaired here at Hello Auto Body. You know, to me it's a bit risky to leave your car with a body shop. Especially private ones and not dealers. I mean, you just don't know what could happen to your car. So I Yelped and came down to 5 shops. When I asked and called, Jimmy helped with the estimate. I believe Hello Auto Body was the most fair and lowest priced. But the question of quality was there. But in the end I am more than satisfied with the quality of work. They're so good you can't even tell what needed repair, no joke! Their attention to detail was impeccable and the end result was evident. Happily I picked up the car on the date they promised. I highly recommend Hello Auto Body and choose them over chains and dealerships! read more

Jimmy and his technicians totally fixed my family's SUV and they returned in mint condition pretty perfect! They did exactly what they said they would do and to me that's everything and it says it all. I'm so grateful for these guys and everyone involved at Hello Auto. Hello!! :))) I have to be honest and was worried about the quality or being over charged for being a small shop but they were to the total opposite. Eddie and his crew treats people the way they should be - with integrity and honesty and quickly. read more

When you buy a brand new car it's both exciting but nerve wracking at the same time since you're suddenly worried about parking spots looking for that perfect parking space that will minimize door dings and other minor scratches. So you can imagine how horrifying it was when my car got sideswiped after having owned it for only 3 months! My friend told me to check out Hello Auto Body and that I didn't have to use the body shop my insurance company wanted me to go to. He said that Hello was great at repairs and worked really fast and had great customer service. And my friend was so very right!! My personal experience was from beginning to end a complete 5 star rating. My excellent experience started with the nicest people in the front. Everyone was so considerate and took the time to make sure to explain everything I needed to sign. That went a long way in putting me completely at ease from the very beginning. Thank you for that, Hello! A huge thank you to Hello because my car looks like it did the day I bought it! It was detailed so nicely! I want to thank the entire team for their expert handling of my car. Hello Auto Body turned a stressful circumstance into a very wonderful experience. Highly highly recommend. read more

I was skeptical as I always am with mechanics but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a problem with my car apparently someone hit it while I was parked and it left a big dent! I went to a nearby auto-zone to buy stuff to fix the problem. Nothing worked. The auto-zone technician referred me here. I was serviced attentively and the upgrade/repair took less than 2 hours. They fixed whatever problem there was with dent. And I was able to leave the shop with my car looking brand new The work ended up costing an affordable price! read more

Picked up my car from more cosmetic body repair today and it looks awesome!! Even in the sunlight the body and paint looks so good up close. The cool part was that they had my car SO CLEAN. I had grime on my steering wheel that wasn't removed by previous washes, but they actually took care of it! Both inside and out my Nissan Altima looks new. Hands down their customer service is second to none. I did have to come twice before it was released but I should have called. But the bottomline is they got it done and I'm a satisfied customer. The awesome work and and how fast they did the job was worth coming here. Outstanding customer care and professional work. Hello Auto will always be my auto body shop! read more

I've used this auto body repair shop before and I'll continue to use them for years to come as long as they're open. There's no other way to put it but that their work is great. The seams of adjacent panels are just like when I first bought my car. They can handle my regular cars and for my luxury car. When they say their prices are affordable and fair, they are absolutely telling the truth. The truth is that their prices are on the lower end and their quality isn't compromised. And without fail, they always make their appointments and deadlines an important factor. And they have been candid about some things would take extra days but they told me that upfront, and they don't hide anything. They also give choices on how much longer it would take for certain luxury cars and I like that because I can choose how long my car would be in the shop. The shop seems like they are not a big chain and they're down to earth. But they have nothing but real professionals taking care of the repair shop. I like that these guys can repair cars and also repair the bodywork that needs to be done. So my final 5 stars is based on their professionalism, ability to come through, the quality of their work and the reliability. read more

Someone actually hit my parked car and didn't even leave a note. Of course it was more than a hassle and going through my own insurance company wasn't so fun. I could have chosen any place to get my car fixed but my brother had his car fixed by Hello Auto Body and was super pleased with their work and how fast they worked. Plus they were very affordable. I was told that they have their own car rental service and can come to me and they were open on Saturdays. It sounded perfectly fine for me so after I dropped of my car it took one week to fix. Not too bad at all. I actually had to leave town earlier and called them to ask for it before the weekend and they came through! My car came out beautifully and wow did they do a great job. Hello Auto was the only good thing that came out of this not so ideal situation. Awesome body shop! read more

Eddie the owner was the nicest guy ever! Everyone was super friendly and professional when I was there. They kept in contact throughout entire repair. They have a car rental service and let me rent out a car while my car was being fixed. Hello Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Mercedes after the car accident! I really appreciated the advice on not to wax my car for at least a month. They are real professionals and I'd go back them again. They even have a towing service that picked up my car. I'm real grateful! Thanks again! read more

I couldn't have expected such amazing customer service from this auto body repair place! I took my Kia Forte for body work after i got rear ended, yet again. I actually showed up without booking an appointment on Wednesday just before closing time. I know what a pain i can be. Yet they took my car in happily and friendly. They called me on Friday to let me know what the situation was with the insurance company. They explained how long the expectations would be to fix my car. Allstate said they should repair my back end and bumper but Hello Auto insisted that they replace the parts. And the Insurance company gave in to their professional advice. My car was done excellently only 5 days which was faster than I thought! I personally have never experienced great work in such a short period of time. Most importantly, they spent time polishing up other scratches I had on my car, how great is that. I most definitely recommend Hello Auto Body Shop for their exceptional work and quality! I definitely Will be back if I ever need them again! read more

They have been able to solve my car issues quickly with professionalism that I haven't found in most places in the area. These guys are incredible, I wish I had found them years ago. A new staff member helped me out when I came in with my car. He actually did a pretty nice job on my damaged front side. My car is relatively low toward the ground so when I go over bumps on the road, sometimes the bottom hits the bottom of my car in the front and around the middle. He made sure to do a good job repairing the fenders in the front and also made sure the bottom was fixed up. So they made everything look as if my car was as good as new. Thank you so much yet again for the excellent job! I am extremely pleased and couldn't be happier! read more

This is the truth. Yelp helped me greatly and so did my lawyer for referring me to Hello Auto Body. It's unthinkable how someone else's stupidity can cause so much headache for another person like me. My car was slammed by a speeding jerk who made a quick left turn without pausing to a straight going car on the other side. The guy rammed me on the left side of the front side of my car. My precious first car, my darling baby had the whole front side broken. It was tragic. It didn't matter how much I would have to spend to get it back the way it was pre-collision state. However, Mercury which was the carrier insurance of the person at fault, and the adjuster was the worst to deal with. They lowballed me on in every way possible. I called my lawyer and he referred me Hello Auto Body explaining that they were a full service auto body shop and I can use any shop to fix my car. As usual I went to Yelp and listen to the community and people who've experienced a particular place before I actually go and give them my business. And of course Yelp and my lawyer was correct and gave me the right advice. Wow and the service was super great! Eddie the man! They all told me updates and explained how to talk with adjusters and reps from Mercury. They helped me out. I got my car back in just four days. Fast and professional service and they gave me peace of mind. I am a loyal customer for the long term! read more

Just got my car and for the second time in a row my experience was just awesome. Someone hit my vehicle in the back bumper and crumpled it with body damage. What should have been a nightmare turned into perfection. I was referred to this place by a friend. This place is quick/efficient/fair and the pricing is amazing! Really superior work on a variety of different cars. You can't even tell where the repair started and where it ended. It looks brand new! Everyone at hello was amazing at what they did for the service side of arranging all the detailing, with meeting with the insurance adjuster, etc. The workers explained the whole process to me side by side. This place definitely provides top notch quality service and went above and beyond in aiding me through it all! I will definitely be returning! read more

Great job on the place you're going to pick to get your car fixed - Hello Auto Body Shop! Team Hello Auto Body Shop worked very well with my car insurance company too. It was just all done very smoothly and what can I say about my repairs. Just perfect. I had a damaged front fender replaced. I did not go through insurance. Jimmy said that they could match my peril white paint. When I got it back, the paint did not match well. I tried to live with it, but I went to Jimmy to see if he could do something. He made up all kinds of excuses including that because it did not go through insurance, he would not do anything I have painted cars myself, so I know that it was not that big of a job. He is a real "salesman". They did a nice paint job, just a bad color match. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more
