Took my car here after an accident, and when you first go in everything is wonderful and everyone is very friendly. The problem is when you get the car back. My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction. These guys are amazing. They bend over backwards to help and are simply the best. After years of going from one body shop to another, it's never a good feeling to search for YET another place to feel like you're being taken advantage of. But we had to use precision last year for a car accident repair and they were so kind and helpful through the whole process. When we got our truck back it was perfect and their attitude and cander was top notch. We even got a small tin of cookies :) And now, a year later and we got into a small accident from ice on the road and they were able to take care of us again. It's money well spent for not only a good job done but to know the people there are honestly caring about their profession and the relationships they create. Was sent to them by the insurance company. I was t-boned in the rear wheel they did not fix the frame that was damage. Iv had to replace the tire 2 times over the last 9 months. this company is horrible and the outside company they used to do the wheel alignment must be a substandard shop. DO NOT bring your car here, I just picked up my car and it was repaired horribly, they had my car for five days and what they did could have been done in one. When I picked up my car there was new damage on my bumper from them that they lazily painted over. (My car is low to the ground and they must of scrapped the bottom when driving it) my bumper is not all the same color and does not look like it was repaired at all. When I brought the car back and told them I was not happy with the repairs, the man just started back pedaling saying that the car has had previous work and damage which is irrelevant to the current situation, so pretty much his reasoning was bc my car isn't brand new it's okay for their workmanship to look like shit also....he then told me too bad that they were not going to correct their poor repairs. My car was vandalized with random scratches on both sides of my doors so my auto insurance referred me to these guys and I simply obliged simply because their location was convenient for me. But boy, was I ever so grateful of this referral... When I came to pick up my car I was completely blown away by their work. I mean, they truly live up to their name, Precision Body Works! My car looked like as if it was brand new. Then few weeks later, another unfortunate event occurred, I had a hit and run on my very own parking lot in my apartment building. Whoever hit my car was probably drunk because the front left of my fender was so bent that it had created a hole and my car was just parked. So again, I had it fixed by Precision Body Works and without a doubt the job was amazing. They cleaned the car inside out after they're done and a sweet note along with a complementary tin of butter cookies was left again for the second time on my passenger seat from Precision. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR. This place is a scam, they're lazy, and unethical. Go literally anywhere but here, I was involved in a collision that caused my back tires to spread outwards along with some back internal damages. They gave me an estimated time of a week, they had my car in there for a MONTH, and when I went in to ask how much longer it was going to take, they handed it back to me on the spot and they kept assuring me that they had taken care of everything. They gave me a whole sheet of things they supposedly did on the car. Until I noticed the car was still running crooked and kept making noises, (mind you this car is a 2019, and bought it at 0 miles, two years back). so to verify they did absolutely nothing and only had it parked in the back just to look pretty, I took it to a different body shop and they told me exactly what i had feared, the car still has $2500 worth of repairs to be done on it. They did absolutely nothing but leave it there sitting for a month and charged my insurance the same amount for swapping the TWO back tires to opposite sides. read more

They removed the interior, stripped the car to bare metal, skim coated and block sanded the car perfectly and applied a gorgeous Starlight Black paint job. While they were doing the body work, I had the seats re-covered and purchased new door panels, all of which they re-installed. My new car recently got damaged in a parking garage, there was some body work and retouching of paint work needed. I went in and the quote did not take long at all, they also said they could take my car in within the next 2 days and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Came in on a Monday morning, got the car checked for a broken side mirror and under the hood - air pipe was like dangling, they ended up asking me to replace both and pay up only for the parts that time. They took precautionary steps and gave me some good choices of what could happen. I drove away, gave them my number to give me a call once spare parts arrive. I stopped in on a Friday and asked about them doing some body work on my 1951 GMC pick up The guy who I spoke with was very excited and very nice to help me out Told me I would have to bring in the parts to have a tech look at them. I brought a couple of parts in on the following Monday. They appeared to be very busy and after about ten minute wait the woman finally asked if she could help me. She came outside and took a bunch of photos of my truck parts. Took my information and said someone would call me back quickly and let me know. It's now been a week and I still have not heard back from them. If you're not in a hurry I am sure they do great work especially based off of the other reviews.
