I couldn't be more pleased with how the staff at Forrest Auto Body worked on my car. I brought it in with a gouge in the door that someone had made with a key. Tyler, behind the desk, treated me with courtesy, answered all my questions & took care of the insurance. The gouge was totally smoothed over & the door repainted beautifully. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Longhorn that had factory painted bumpers that were completely chipped and rust spots were all over. The Ram dealership stated that the rust was caused by rock chips, but the rear bumper had rust as well was not rock chips which they could NOT explain. Long story short RAM was going to give me a $200 credit to go to a body shop they use as they no longer do body work onsite. Long story short I went to a couple of local body shops to get estimates. Of the 3 shops I went to they were very different on approach to performing the work. I selected Forrest Auto Body as Mike the Owner, while not the cheapest was the most knowledgeable and took much time to explain the process he would follow as well as the quality in materials and time he would provide to my job. He was so understanding and confident I had him take off the cheap factory pin-striping as well as well as the hood decals and repaint the hood and paint custom hood stripes. Mike hit a home run and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a comprehensive quality solution. Forrest Autobody is NOT a MAACO or cheap paint shop, they are a shop that does the work correctly, no quick fixes. I ripped off a rear body side piece on the side of my Jeep while pulling into my very narrow garage way too quickly. I brought my Jeep to Mike who told me not to worry and it wouldn't take long at all to fix. Well, I came back three days later and WoW! It looked better than I ever expected. It was perfect!
