The damage was moderate ($3500-$4000), but again Hilltop did a fine job. I was travelling out of town at the time and wouldn't return until after the repair completion date. They agreed to hold the car till I returned. Because of the type of impact on the car I was concerned that the alignment or alignment components had been damaged. Hilltop took my car to Les Schwab who checked out the alignment. Luckily there was not issue. Hilltop dealt directly with the other driver's insurance and were easy for me to deal with. When I picked up the car, Hilltop had cleaned it inside and out. It looked better than it had for quite a while. I certainly will recommend Hilltop to friends and family in need of repairs.

They kept me in the loop, matched the black paint (heavily laden with metallic crystals) blended expertly and unable to even see where they blended it in with the older paint. I called and scheduled my car in for an appointment a couple of days later. So far so good. Things started to fall apart after I visited the shop a few days after that. Shop seemed like they were working through a lot of vehicles which was promising, and the staff was friendly. However the two people in the office disagreed over part availability and lead time, pushing my appointment back a week. I was supposed to get a call back the following week to confirm the parts availability. I never received a call and followed up via phone several times and left voicemails. I emailed them and cancelled my appointment. Maybe they got busy, but they lost my business.
