Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

At 10:05 I text him to tell him where my car was parked & to let me know when he arrived. I received a text back at 10:17, saying he stopped to get business cards. Okay.... at 11:01am I text asking when he was coming- he let me know he'd arrive in 15 mins. He did. I was having this done while working, so not a huge deal, just slightly unprofessional, as we'd set a time the day before. Over an hour late is worthy of acknowledging. I'd rate the over cleaning/detailing of my car a B-. Some spots missed, the carpet left super saturated. It looks better. Great. It wasn't mentioned that the outside didn't get cleaned. He told me he was done. So I ask what about the wash? THEN he tells me he couldn't access the water - it needed some kind of key. Had I been made aware of that earlier I definitely could've gotten someone to help me with that. So he was just going to leave without an exterior wash? REALLY? So, I asked "you'd charge the same with or without the exterior wash?" He said he's take 10$ off....... It's whatever, you get what you pay for and I feel I overpaid. I gave the stars I did because 3 stars seems too low. He did come to me, and was really nice. I feel the failure to communicate will not encourage my coworkers to use the service unfortunately & several people were very interested. As a business owner, communication is extremely paramount.

In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash!
