Very clean and shiny. Now the bad. Last year I had scheduled out the repairs on my car. When I dropped it off they were supposed to have the replacement parts and I would have the car back fairly quickly. This did happen they had the car for weeks and it took me a while to get a response from someone on why it was taking longer. I finally got a call from someone who said that the replacement door had been damaged in shipping and they were having a hard time finding another. He was very apologetic and said that I would only be charged cost for the work and I'd get the car back asap. They got the car done and I picked it up. It looked great. I was charged full price, but I did not push back on that. First issue I noticed was they had removed my antenna and left it resting on my wipers. Thankfully I saw it before it was lost or damaged my vehicle. Next issue I saw was, the car had window visors. Since they were replacing a door I said don't worry about replacing that just remove all of them for me. They did but they left all the foamy glue that held it on, on the other door. The next issue was that they failed to secure a wire harness inside the door they fixed so now when you open or close it you can very much hear it banging around in the door. And the final issue is the car has proximity thing where when you have the keys on you you can unlock the car by pushing a button on the handle to unlock and lock it. It worked when we took the car and and it doesn't work now on the door they fixed. Works on the passenger door still. Overall all great repair work, just some lack of attention to detail in some areas and lack of follow through on a customer service side for the charges.

They used to be great, the staff in the office was great, Cody and Greg were great, and the repairs were good. The past 2 years however, the place has gone downhill horribly. The office staff is now rude and openly lies to customers (see below) while the repairs have not been done to any kind of standard. They no longer stand by their work. Here are some highlights of the past 2 years: 1) Took my daughters car in and was told it would be done the next day when a part came in. 2 days passed and we called to inquire was told the part would be in the next day. 2 more days pass and we called to be told the part would be in that day and the car repaired, but it wasn't. The next day we were told the part they received was wrong and so they had to wait for a new part. The office staff lied to us repeatedly over a period of 5 days. 2) Took my sisters car in for new shocks. 13 months, and just 8K miles later, the shocks were totally bad. They said "too bad" the warranty is expired and wanted the same amount to replace the shocks. She is 70 years old and only drives to the store and doctor appointments. Shocks should last 50K miles at least. 3) Took my son's car in for a gas purge valve replacement. Paid over $1000 and within 2 months the valve no longer worked. My son was so angry at Greg's that he didn't tell me until many months later. I called Greg's and once again was told "too bad". It is unfortunate that they are such a lousy place now with no integrity when they were once a really good place. I no longer recommend Greg's auto to anyone for any service.

Was instructed by U-haul this was the closest drop location for my rental truck. Dropped off a U-Haul on Veterans Day as scheduled and they were closed. Called U-Haul to confirm drop off was done and left keys in drop box. Woke up today to see these liars hit me with a $70 surcharge!!! An extra day rental even though the truck was dropped off the day it was due. I guess they think they can just charge an extra day because they're closed. Not the way it works. Not only that but an additional "coverage" charge, to add insult to injury they charges an additional $10 for gas!The truck was to be left with 9/16th a tank of gas, so just a little bit above half. Which I left it exactly at 9/16 but they think they can just scam you for another $10, $70 in extra fees these dishonest thieves tried to hit me with. Well unfortunately for them I took tons of pictures and have already initiated the complaint with U-Haul and demanded a refund as well as reported them to the Better Business Bureau for scamming. Can't imagine the scummy business they pull on people buying used cars or needing a transmission fixed!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Went in for oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket and an overflow hose. After getting car back that…read moreran perfectly before the repair, a few days went by and my car started to shake violently and make a knocking noise. I checked under the hood and one of the coils that go above the spark plugs was loose and upon further investigation a bunch of oil was in the spark plug well, due to a stripped screw that was not addressed. After paying 700 for the original repairs he tried quoting me an additional 600 to replace the valve cover and spark plugs. After hanging up on me he called back and said he would just charge 300 for the parts. I went and payed with my debit card and the car was waiting on oil so I picked it up the next morning. I started the car to a rattling noise and then went to drive away and immediately the knocking noise started. I left the car there since the mechanic that did the work the second time(because the original guy was supposedly fired) said it was probably caused because it was ran with the fluids low. 10 minutes later the owner called demanding cash payment and telling me it made the noise when it originally came in(not true), and said that I was trying to commit fraud on him. So after $1000 of my money I get to tow a car away that ran perfectly when I first brought it in. And more than likely will cost another couple grand to fix due to the negligence of this shop. Beware of this fraudulent business who will call the police and have you treated like a criminal after he rips you off.
