Thankfully they left a business card in my wiper and their insurance then paid to fix my car. I had to leave another different body shop because they told me they wouldn't stand by the work if the color didn't match... WHAT So I went to Gerber and they took great care of us. The car was ready in one week. I'll go back any time we need glass or bodywork. In fact they also replaced a window on another car we have after they did this pictured Lexus. Great experience, great communication, and I'm thankful that they stand by their work. We didn't have to pay because it was an insurance job, but we saw the prior company's bid and Gerber's was $1,000 less. They replaced parts, rewired stuff, replaced parts of a light, replaced a wheel and tire, dealt directly with insurance, repainted the bumper to match my car. They separately buffed out a place on this car, and replaced a window in another car. Thank you Gerber!

I've never received one call from them for updates or any reason I have made every call to them. Working with the insurance provider I was warned going with a shop that was not one of their preferred vendors could leave me open to covering the costs of the damage, but I would not trust repairing my vehicle with anyone else but Trident. They were prompt to get my vehicle in quickly, amongst the many other clients they serve, and diagnose not only the visible damage to my vehicle but also the less obvious but equally critical parts. They also handle correspondence back and forth with insurance and are properly able to work with insurance to cover all the damage when the initial estimate wouldn't even cover half of it. Erin and her team are always quick to provide me updates on what is going on with the car now, tomorrow and how soon it can be back on the road. My front bumper is set very low so it scrapes on the concrete block that is in some parking spots…read more It was starting to come loose and I thought it would be difficult to fix myself. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.
