Thankfully they left a business card in my wiper and their insurance then paid to fix my car. I had to leave another different body shop because they told me they wouldn't stand by the work if the color didn't match... WHAT So I went to Gerber and they took great care of us. The car was ready in one week. I'll go back any time we need glass or bodywork. In fact they also replaced a window on another car we have after they did this pictured Lexus. Great experience, great communication, and I'm thankful that they stand by their work. We didn't have to pay because it was an insurance job, but we saw the prior company's bid and Gerber's was $1,000 less. They replaced parts, rewired stuff, replaced parts of a light, replaced a wheel and tire, dealt directly with insurance, repainted the bumper to match my car. They separately buffed out a place on this car, and replaced a window in another car. Thank you Gerber!

The hood has never fitted correctly since they "fixed" it. This shop claims to be the best. They destroyed and left clips that held my passenger side door interior panel secure, broken. My boss was building a house for Danny at the time, and believe me.... he wanted everything to be perfect! He drove that guy crazy over that stupid house. The work at Danny Myers is sub-standard and sucks. They talk a good game but deliver crap. Find somewhere else.

Somehow they even managed to get paint on the inside drivers window. I had the back of my truck fixed due to a rear end collision. They had all sorts of paint trash in the bed of my pick up. They had pieces of masking tape all over my truck. They didn't even clean the fluids off my truck from the other vehicle, where they painted it. Somehow they lost a lug nut. I had an alignment done by them as well. At least they claim to have done one. I highly doubt it. The front wanted to walk all over the road. My doors made so much wind noise. ( I was rear ended so hard that it totaled the other vehicle and bent my frame). I immediately called and complained to them about all this. Needless to say that I had to bring it back to them. I didn't get another rental car. So I was without my vehicle for a day. Not so bad, BUT they didn't correct any of those issues! I had to even pay another place to do an alignment. I also will probably have to pay someone to fix the other issues as well. When I say pay, it's me paying and not my insurance company. Danny Myers isn't on there approved list so they don't back them up. They should spend way less time on making there lobby nice and A LOT more time on QUALITY!! Worst decision I made was taking my truck there. Now a wreck that was not my fault is causing me money. This place is HORRIBLE !!! Trust me do NOT take your vehicle here.

Second, they said it was fine to drop off my car after hours. I did on Tuesday. On Friday I get a call saying they haven't touched my vehicle because they needed a signature from me to authorize the repairs. Um... In the meantime, I am renting a vehicle. So in addition to my deductible, I now am paying over 1K in car rental fees because they cannot effectively communicate or run a business. Not to mention the lady tried to gaslight me, saying she told me that when I called about drop off. SERIOUSLY? Why would I leave me car and pay a rental fee for a week (which you could have called any of the 4 days in between to tell me) if you told me that? 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Go to ANY other body shop for your repairs. I would like to say that the first few times I spoke with them, they had excellent phone etiquette and that was nice. If you value your time and money, this isn't the place.
