I needed brake repair for a 1996 Toyota Camry. I called ahead; Jason and the team were able to…read moreschedule me within the next two days. My 30-year-old car has 273K miles of wear and tear on any original parts, so the job turned out to be more than simply replacing the pads. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had!…read more My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

Went in for oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket and an overflow hose. After getting car back that…read moreran perfectly before the repair, a few days went by and my car started to shake violently and make a knocking noise. I checked under the hood and one of the coils that go above the spark plugs was loose and upon further investigation a bunch of oil was in the spark plug well, due to a stripped screw that was not addressed. After paying 700 for the original repairs he tried quoting me an additional 600 to replace the valve cover and spark plugs. After hanging up on me he called back and said he would just charge 300 for the parts. I went and payed with my debit card and the car was waiting on oil so I picked it up the next morning. I started the car to a rattling noise and then went to drive away and immediately the knocking noise started. I left the car there since the mechanic that did the work the second time(because the original guy was supposedly fired) said it was probably caused because it was ran with the fluids low. 10 minutes later the owner called demanding cash payment and telling me it made the noise when it originally came in(not true), and said that I was trying to commit fraud on him. So after $1000 of my money I get to tow a car away that ran perfectly when I first brought it in. And more than likely will cost another couple grand to fix due to the negligence of this shop. Beware of this fraudulent business who will call the police and have you treated like a criminal after he rips you off.

On May 18, 2026, my vehicle was towed to this location after hours for a tire replacement. On May…read more19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company.
